I use a lot of these and think this must be an older one as being a retired mechanic thing suspension needs rebuilt. Trailer worked fine

We had to take truck to Wade Hampton location for them to put Anti/freeze in truck. We were going 4 hours away - brother checked out truck before we left. But, the girl was very nice where we picked up truck.

The representative at this location was very efficient and friendly. The truck, however, had very little gas in it, causing a delay in moving for me.

This location was awesome! But this was where I had to go after my original reservation location failed to have a truck for me even though I had a confirmation of the reservation. This cost me a lot of lost time and left a very bad taste in my mouth about UHaul! Very poor service!

The employee was having trouble with her computer and was unable to pull up the Uhaul website that is used on the back end. I had already completed the check in process, but had to wait about 30 minutes for her to remedy her computer problems to complete the check out process and obtain the keys to the truck. Ultimately, she was able to access the website using a different browser than she had previously been using.

Everyone was real nice but had to wait about 15 minutes to check in the truck because the worker was outside cleaning another truck. I think you need two people there so someone doesn't have to wait.

I wasn’t from the area and caught a ride share there like I had to the previous location only to find out that the van I reserved online couldn’t be taken out of town. I am the referred to this location. I get in a Lyft only to look up and the address be a church. I call and there is an answering machine with the voicemail giving landmark directions. I finally arrive only to be told when I asked about the address that Google will charge them to change it so they aren’t going to ??. Great way to inconvenience and screw customers over twice. Thanks uhaul.

Location was very difficult to find with given address. We found it on a different street on the opposite side. The mobile drop off needs a lot of work. We had issue after issue with this whole rental. Will NEVER use U-Haul again

Air Conditioning on the truck was not functioning at all. It was a long 300 mile trip in 95 degree heat with no air conditioning. Also, se we paid for 12 pads. The attendant just pointed at the stack of pads and told us not to forget as we left - not telling us that we needed to take 2 packages rather than one. So when we started packing we suddenly found out we had only half the pads we paid for and needed and no time to go back to get the second pack.

Truck was provided on time and as requested. Ordered 12 furniture pads but apparently only came away with 11. Did not verify before leaving the store but will do so in the future. Used Express Check-In which was a big time-saver.

I used the mobile pickup app. I was not aware I would need to have 2 people available to answer their phones when I tried to check in. That was something that would have been better done prior to picking up the truck. I was disappointed in the time it took for that process.
