Rented the van, immediately upon opening the van door we were met with a strong dog odor along with a urine odor that was strong. The seats were covered with dog hair. It was horrible. I spoke to the customer representative and he switched out the van with another one. Well... That van was just as bad as the first. I went to a family dollar and got cleaning supplies to clean the drivers side and the passenger side. Please stay away. I spoke to the next customer representative upon dropping off the van the next day and told him about how dissatisfied I was with the condition of the vehicle when he asked me how was my experience . All he said was ok. WoW!

ALFRED HDisappointed that the truck only had 1/4 tank of gas when we picked it up and the front seat was covered in dirt. Rear reverse light didn't work. Employees were friendly and efficient.

Paul VI originally made reservation at Grove Road location as it is ~2 miles from my house. I showed up at 9:30 for my 9:15 reservation and was told (without apology) that Grove location did not have my reservation and I would have to drive 15-20 minutes to Midgard. I then inquired about returning to Grove location and was told that would be $90 additional charge. At no time did anyone apologize for screw up, inconvenience to me, time/gas wasted driving to Midgard, etc. I thought Grove customer service was as bad as I've seen lately. Midgard was great to work with but that was not my preferred and reserved location. This experience was very disappointing.

Rudy MWe had a last minute need for a truck or van in order to move some large items. Midgard Self Storage made the process very easy, the attendant was super helpful and thorough. We'll definitely return to this location should we need their services in the future.

Laura OThe truck I rented was clean but inside of cab had a very strong smell that it had been smoked in a lot. Fortunately the few days I had it, weather was good so I was able to put the windows down. Other than that everything went smoothly.

Linda KMike was very attentive and met all my needs. He was professional while explaining everything to me. However I did have a big problem with the original pick up location. The man there said they were not even associated with U-Haul and told me to leave.No apologies were given from either him nor U-haul phone service. Justina BThe mobile check in was awful... it asks for someone to verify you as person to contact, then you have to wait for that person to get the call. That call never came! We ended up going inside, abandoning the mobile check in. We only needed the truck for a few hours, we returned it when we were expected to. Several hours later we get a text with instructions on how to check the truck back in...those instructions were not provided to us while we had the truck. Very uncomfortable process.
