This facility threw me off guard initially.... it used to be a Kmart that was turned into a storage facility. Mo was extremely helpful, I was moving from out of state and needed to store a bunch of my stuff. She was overly helpful with getting me set up. Brian was awesome as well, helped me get situated and was very helpful and accommodating. Awesome staff working here!Gary D.

The AC only worked, sometimes, on the low fan setting. It would would not blow air on any other setting and also would stop even on low. The temp was 92 that day. So very unpleasant in the cab.Arthur S.

I used a moving group that was attached to my U-Haul rental (Above Average Movers) I think was the name not positive. Either way This company was absolutely unacceptable to move anyone anywhere! Best service I've ever had at a Uhaul rental. The last move was horrible with a lot of hidden charges at another Uhaul location. This was a great experience.RENEE B.
Great employees. Really clean place and check in was faster and easier at this location. Not sure why just was. They used the credit card I used online to make the reservation. The other place made me produce it, but since it was my wife's who was at work I had to use another card. I liked this place alot.Mark J.

The inside on the truck cab was dirty. Had food crumbs under the seats and in the cracks of the floor board from the person before us. We were asked to clean the truck out to avoid a 25$ fee . which we did to avoid paying extra. But the truck was not clean when we got it. So we were cleaning another persons mess. To avoid the fee on our card. Over all things were great the location, the lady up front, the storage buildings were great. The truck was the only problem. And the fact if we had not of cleaned out the truck, I would have been charged for another persons mess.Colleen H.

They could not find any info once again had a reservation with a price lock on it. They couldn't find any information and turned around then started a new rental agreement and when price was way over locked price they changed some things around and turns out they took the insurance off equipment without my knowledge which could have been bad if something would have happened. They didn't maintenance the equipment while it was there, they didn't do a walk around when equipment was rented to me which resulted in a charge of 400 $+ dollars from bank account where returned equipment do to (1) lack of insurance due to poor customer service at South Carolina location (2) due to lack of walk around on truck at South Carolina location (3) when returned to Leesburg location rather then doing research to make sure damage wasn't pre existing they automatically assumed damage was caused by me and charged 400 $+ dollars to my account and caused overdrafts on bank account so it is costing even more....I don't think I will be using U-Haul again due to this?? ....which is sad because they are all me, my family and friends has used for all our moving and storage services.marilynn F.

We had to take truck to Wade Hampton location for them to put Anti/freeze in truck. We were going 4 hours away - brother checked out truck before we left. But, the girl was very nice where we picked up truck.Anne S.

This location was awesome! But this was where I had to go after my original reservation location failed to have a truck for me even though I had a confirmation of the reservation. This cost me a lot of lost time and left a very bad taste in my mouth about UHaul! Very poor service!Jack P.

The employee was having trouble with her computer and was unable to pull up the Uhaul website that is used on the back end. I had already completed the check in process, but had to wait about 30 minutes for her to remedy her computer problems to complete the check out process and obtain the keys to the truck. Ultimately, she was able to access the website using a different browser than she had previously been using.Kate P.
Everyone was real nice but had to wait about 15 minutes to check in the truck because the worker was outside cleaning another truck. I think you need two people there so someone doesn't have to wait.Julie H.

I wasn't from the area and caught a ride share there like I had to the previous location only to find out that the van I reserved online couldn't be taken out of town. I am the referred to this location. I get in a Lyft only to look up and the address be a church. I call and there is an answering machine with the voicemail giving landmark directions. I finally arrive only to be told when I asked about the address that Google will charge them to change it so they aren't going to ??. Great way to inconvenience and screw customers over twice.
