The automated check in is a bit ridiculous. Took twice as long as going to the counter. I have to put all my info in on the site when I book the truck, and again when I pick up the truck. Truck was in good condition. Clean. Midguard does a great job.
Bruce CManager (Mark Moses) was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Gave us great advice regarding truck spec's, driving suggestions, storage tips, etc. Cannot recommend him more highly!
Stephen WIt was an easy cake walk for anyone to hire a truck at U-Haul facility. This is my first time taking U-Haul truck after everything is automated. Well organized for any new customer.

CHIADIKAOBI OOnly complaint is the back of the drivers license scanning. This took a while before it actually scanned the back of my drivers license. Besides that, very happy with the service.
Chris POnce I was above to download the app and log in the process for acquiring and returning the vehicle was easy. The vehicle was in great shape and very clean. Good location, right off 141. Cannot miss it.

Edgar BMy experience at Midgard Self Storage Johns Creek was outstanding. I made the reservation online and had a few questions regarding the mileage and the drop off time. The office dispatch agents were extremely helpful, and were able to adjust my return time and answer all my questions. I originally reserved a dozen furniture pads, but there were only a half-dozen available at the time. As it turned out, I only needed a half-dozen anyway. I have another reservation in a few days, and look forward to a repeat great experience. Thanks again to the staff :)

Shane PI'm having a terrible experience with a rep name Bill Hitchcock about mileage I should not be charged for after the truck was turned in. I agreed to clean the rental so I wouldn't be charged the cleaning fee. I was still charged the cleaning fee and additional fee for mileage because I took it to clean it out. The manager at the location did not say he was going to charge me additional mileage to clean the truck. I also gas the rental up on where I received it and was still charged for gas. All the charges I have stated need to be refunded back my card. I have never had an issue until now with Uhaul.
Victoria GMark and Amy Moses do a great job. I found the rental process easy, and Mark was able to find the lowest price to rent a cargo van. I would definitely recommend this location my friends to rent a U-Haul. Excellent customer service.

Scott DThere were no issues with the drop off location. The only issue was with roadside assistance. It took an hour to get someone on the phone to connect us with a provider (which then arrived within another 35 minutes and was very helpful). I called multiple numbers and was on hold for 20+ minutes both times (after being told the wait time was 5-8 each time), tried to submit a request online, and attempted to use the UHAUL app to request help. Again, ultimately, the problem was solved but the amount of time it took to be connected with someone from roadside assistance was excessive.
Peyton MI used it only for 14 miles and filled up tank but still I charged for gas. The number showed gas mileage 16/gallon so I put 2 gallon gas and number didn't changed in monitor.
