Not if they had the same problem that I did.?I called to extend my reservations and they say to have the truck back because someone else has reservations for 1:30pm so we took it back ask the guy where to put the keys and that's all he said.Then I go to rent another the next day somewhere else they tell me that I can't get another one because I hadn't turned the other truck in but we did..mow they want to charge me more money I don't own more money

Priscilla BAfter going 60 miles round trip I put $12 in gas and when I return the u-hall the person working there said I owe additional $16,3 for more gas. Then she charged me $23,6 for gas after looking at my account this morning, So for 60 miles I had to pay additional $45 for gas. That is not right !!!

JAMES TMade reservation in Athens Alabama and was told the night before I rented that I would have to pick up from the Tanner location. Added 12 miles to my rental at 0,99 cents a mile. Not the fault of Midguard in Tanner and they were very helpful. But basically added 12 percent to my rental.
