Blanca PWhen i first booked my u-haul my pickup location had no trucks available so i was transferred here. While the truck was fine, I was given a truck with nearly no gas at all and didn't even get reimbursed for that. I was moving to TUSTIN and yet my drop off location for my one way u haul was set 82 MILES AWAY in some place named El Cajon. I had to go through a whole hassle on multiple phone calls just to get it dropped off at a location in my area.
ROBERT CI recently rented a U-Haul truck from the Eastvale location (13000 Citrus St, Eastvale, CA). According to my record, I drove about 90-96 miles total: • Picked up at 10:30 AM on 9/12/2025. • Drove to Irvine (100 Blaze) to pick up furniture. • Delivered to Rancho Cucamonga (10591 Huxley). • Returned the truck around 6:30 PM the same day. However, the system charged me for more miles than I actually drove. Please review the odometer records and correct the extra mileage charges. Merci de votre coopération.
NANNAN SHorrible. Returned the vehicle with the exact same amount of gas I had received it with and was charged $10 for a gallon of gas. Called and was told there's "nothing they can do"

SAMUEL NI know U don't want liabity of loading a car on a trailer. I am not strong enough to release loading extenders nor tighten the tire holders. Did I miss this info somewhere? I would have changed my rental equipment.

MARK MI complained that the a/c vent was not working, they asked me to bring it over to check it out, so I did. Then the person working there said that they had no trucks to replace with. It was a waste of my time as I was trying to move not worry about sweating and dehydration around 105 degrees. I called customer service u-haul twice to speak to supervisor, both times, no response.

MANDY MSeveral things went wrong today, but I have to say the staff at this location are A+. I had reservations in advance, but when I got there, the dolly I needed was all rented out that really messed up my moving for the day. The first truck I got in was below empty and the second truck I got in couldn't even see out the windshield it was so dirty. Both of those things kind of sucked But again the staff being so sweet and kind and helpful made up for anything that went wrong today. I don't see how I can reserve things days in advance and then not have the equipment available to me upon my arrival. That one little thing threw off my entire move because I did not have the appropriate dolly I needed and reserved.

STEVENSON AI mentioned to the U-Haul associate if it's possible to add extra mileage as I would exceed the mileage to my destination and dropping off the vehicle. He assured me I would not be charged. I ended up being charged for the extra mileage once I dropped it off.

ALICE KTruck was not wiped down in years!! No trash inside, but steering wheel, armrest was dirty, center console looked like coffee or soda spilled and not wiped up. Not sure what other business are done her (Golf??), but showed up 30 minutes after opening and no one there. When someone showed up they had to unlock the back door, then the front door, then turn on computer, log on, find my pre-registration, then pull up truck, then load the blankets, then load the dolly! Took another 40 minutes to get going- why make an appointment?? They had nothing ready!!!

CINDY ZThere was broken Glass in the back of the truck and when the AC was turned on in the Cab it made the inside reek of beer. So much so we had to roll down the windows since it was so strong
TIBET DYou have a security issue!!!!! The catalytic converted was stolen off our RV. Office staff are very nice, but usually only 1 person working resulting in long wait time..

WILLIE B | Expérience généraleMy RV was vandalized recently along with several others which were broken into. The facility is not well-light at night. There is no longer a fence that separates the facility from the neighboring park. Then I come to find out an RV was stolen at the beginning of the month and still, no changes were implemented for better security and safety of our personal property. I am sorry to say...NO, I would not recommend this facility to anyone that cares about the security of their property.

I would recommend this facility based on price and location. The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. Thank you for finding us a spot to rent. The location made everything convenient.
