toni C.The people at the truck rental could not be here on the Day I wanted to turn the truck in. So I had to find a friend to go online and check in the truck. Via computer. I was panicking because I did not need the truck for 3 more days. The 1-800 Uhaul rep on the phone said I had to take it back where I had rented it or pay over $800 extra. So I was very upset. Almost ready to totally desert UHAUL Forever.
MARGUERITE M.Staff was very helpful in that they helped me reserve a trailer at another location because they did not have what I needed and then when I dropped off the trailer at their location the uhaul app would not allow me to complete the return (didn't recognize cleanliness photo) and they helped me through that process the next day.
