No issues with the locations. My issue is with your website. I couldn't get it to go to the 2nd page, it kept skipping to the last page. So I don't know if the truck shows that it has been returned.

The weather was cold, high winds and icy. The trailer hitch would not work and the gentleman that was there toughed out the elements and got the hitch to work, hooked it up and sent us on our way. He was a trooper. Great job!

Clean and sanitize the inside cab. The trucks inside bed was very dirty with grim built up. The inside windshield covered with this film? and outside of the truck's windshield was covered with bugs except for where the wiper was used. Stirring wheel mechanism has too much excess while turning the wheel.

I originally needed one from Memphis, TN to Coutrtland AL was on hold forever. finally someone from UHAUL called me and offered me a deal on a 15 foot truck which is bigger than i needed. Moving day i receive an email and it is for a 26 foot truck and no one can answer me as to why i was promised one thing and that wasn't available. Cost me way more than it should have. I personally will not be using Uhaul again. The place where i found the uhaul was wonderful. And so was the drop off. This has nothing to do with either store. What should have been taken care of when Uhaul assured me that i was getting a discount for my inconvenience and no i did not receive a discount or the correct truck that i ordered.
