Chris CI was on hold trying to complete my rental FOR AN HOUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The whole time I was on hold I was also paying movers who were sitting at my house doing NOTHING! Once I finally got someone on the phone I asked to speak with a manager and was hung up on. Luckily the owner of the business where I was renting from came in early and helped me out. This was AN HOUR AND A HALF after I was supposed to already be in my rental and back home. Your online portal is trash and your process for online rentals is the dumbest most a$$ backwards process I've ever dealt with.

diane gI really pleased with the trailer that I rented, I drove 415 miles with my heavy motorcycle on the top of the trailer , and I had a safe trip on terrible road if so many paholes. The staff both, where I rented and I return, was so nice.

Michael CWhy was the trailer $200 more at this location vs the online price? We had to take it because it was our only option - we went to our original pickup site in Maplewood the day before and arrived just as they were closing and they refused to help us. We were on a deadline and had to take what we could get in Wisconsin the next day. This was all a very disappointing and frustrating experience and added a lot of stress to moving across the country, and as a result I will avoid using Uhaul again in the future.
