The truck I rented for moving was ill-equipped for January weather, fortunately, the weather was good and roads were mostly bear and dry. The truck was from Arizona and had summer slicks on it. no windshield washer fluid and a broken driver side wiper.

Lady was rude as can be which was bullshit since she was late getting the truck ready in time for me to move and didn't have the equipment I ordered. Oh and I returned the truck the exact same way as I got it and I got a cleaning fee added on to the bill.

By far the Worst experience at Uhaul. I booked it online but had to wait for an hour for my turn. Surprisingly, there was only one person ahead of me, they were super chatty with this person, talking about their daughter own this Uhaul, etc. I requested the Uhaul worker to expedite my order as I already paid online as well as the movers (3 people) are waiting for me and I'm being billed hourly by the movers. I ended up paying 1 hour extra labour due to the sloppiness of this Uhaul location. Further, when I asked for an inspection before taking the truck they said no worries you have insurance. This is not professional as they take insurance for granted and expect insurance to pay in case something goes wrong.

I think that there should be a jack on the hitch to on hook the trailer once it's loaded.

I was charged for gas inappropriately.. when I called to dispute it the lady I spoke to was rude and condescending.

U-Haul could give a repeat customer a better deal, I payed more for an in Provence move fort St. John to Terrace BC than it cost me to go from Abbotsford BC to Winnipeg Manitoba how ever this has inspired me to buy my own truck. Good bye U-Haul! Never again!

Guarantee no help at all. Original reservation for Alpine storage 9 am april 14 (we had talked to this location about 13th, closed. They knew we were going out of town). Called by uhaul to adjust reservation to 1:30 at Midtown. Not happy but accepted it. Rental was not returned until 8 pm - Jennifer met us to allow us to pack home and still leave for 5 am. Call center rep no assistance. Management not helpful. Will not rent through uhaul again after this experience.

Pick up original time was changed. It was intended for Saturday August 24th at 8 am and was changed by Uhaul to 12,3 PM. Certainly an inconvenience. Other than that the service was good.

Trailer was a nightmare. Both front hubs ran extremely hot and the roadside assistance for the northern area is a complete joke. The trailer was very heavy pulling and I had to stop every hour to allow the hubs to cool for 20 min to a half hour. This added almost 7 hours to my trip and caused huge fuel costs dragging this piece of crap. I have a 29 foot trailer that pulls easier when loaded with two of my vehicles and I get almost twice the fuel mileage as well.

The location manager Donna was excellant...my overall experience with uhaul and you reservation system was horrible and i will not use nor refer anyone to uhaul...my reservation was wrong and unavailable causing me nothing but problems...i was grateful to the chilliwack office for accepting return after she informed me head office didnt tell her a had a trailer...overall the 2 location reps were great...as a company im afraid uhaul really dropped the ball

I had actually went into this location prior to returning the truck to see if they had storage available. The lady at the desk took a while to come out to tend to me, and when she did she was grumpy and acted as tho I was bothering her from whatever she was doing prior to my arrival. I have called twice today to discuss the cleaning charge and still have not received a call back.

Employee seemed delighted in charging someone for a Christmas tree ornament left in a truck. Other than that, the trailer was there when they said it would be.

The parking lot was a sheet of ice, 2 inches deep. Both my daughter and I fell getting out of the truck. The owner was friendly and accommodating.

This was not the location that I had a reservation for. I was sent there after being told that there was no truck for me after I drove ONE HOUR from Dawson Creek. The only reason why I got this truck is because I wouldn't take no for an answer. The rude CSR didn't offer to do any problem solving and could care less that I drove all that way. Then they gave me a glass guzzeling 26 ft truck when I asked for a 15 ft truck. This whole moving experience has been a nightmare.

The pickup and drop off location were excellent but your system really is terrible. I had to wait two days to get my uhaul that I had reserved a few weeks prior. I had to drive two hours just to pick it up. And cost me an extra 75 dollars in fuel just to get it home. I am so disgusted with my experience with u haul it self.
