Inform clients that strapping cords are not included in the rental. We had to go buy them to hold boxes and furniture in place.

We have no suggestions for this location. Everything was great. Our initial rental location was a great disappointment. We rented with Thompson's General Store in Owosso, OK. We arrived at 8:50 am and waited for 30 min. to have someone arrive to process our reservation. We chose to check in at the counter instead of online. No one showed up, and the voice mailbox was full. We called the Customer Service number, and the representative was very pleasant. She cancelled the initial reservation and confirmed the second one we made. We ended up wasting 1 1/2 hours of our time and gas,with the added stress of locating another vehicle on short notice.

willam ENothing at all! The precious, young daughter of the lady assisting me, made a drawing on a "Sticky Note" for me to stick on the dash and gave me a Oreo to eat along the way. The Oreo cookie I ate, the Sticky Note drawing is on my fridge at home. Very helpful and accommodating!

Gary MIncomplete order for the pickup. Were missing the appliance dolly when we got there and no one on site at 245 to get a dolly from. (Place closes at 4pm). Also unable to do the online pickup since I missed the pickup time due to working later at job, my fault but once again no one on site to assist so had to call uhaul to get pickup time corrected and complete the pickup of equipment to find out that no appliance dolly in the back of the truck.
