Kayla had started the cargo van I needed for a local move just as I arrived to pick it up. After we had completed the paperwork I was taken to the van which was warm and very clean.

PETER GStaff at the pick up and drop off locations were both amazing!! Give Cayla at the location in Orangeville a raise!! The truck had a check engine light on the whole time, when I notified the people at the pick-up location they said they knew about it. The drivers side windshield wiper blade doesn't touch the window in the cold. Overall the truck ran great, gave you some extra gas back too.

VINCE MApparently I was 20 miles over my allocated limit however, as my gas tank was not full when I picked it up, they gave me a credit for this overage. Also, I was not made aware of a maximum mileage limit when I booked online

John OU-Haul needs to improve the app. It wouldn't recognize my location ( yes, it was on), so after multiple attempts, my partner had to use his phone. Also, the slowness (cycling) was painful. It had both of us frustrated before we even got in the truck. Not a good way to start a customers experience.

Amanda TWe spent almost 2 hours trying to get the keys for the truck We were told 3 days before pick up that we booked over 6 weeks prior that the pick spot would be closed and we'd have to go to Brampton for pick of because we wanted a bigger truck for day 2. We live in Orangeville so it wasn't feasible. We could have made a better arrangement if we knew the pickup spot would be closed but with 3 days to go it was nearly impossible. Just a nightmare

Mona SPick up and drop off took approximately 90 minutes because your website kept taking me back to the home screen after asking me to upload photos. Oh and talk about hidden fees my rental went from 19,99 to 109$ magically. I would not recommend this service to a friend or to anyone.
Myles CWrong location for drop-off. Drop-off location was different on the contract I signed, where the equipment was actually dropped off as intended on the contract I signed. I am subjected to $7000+ in fees which I am not paying due to human error from UHaul. Please fix.
