The key drop off box required a code and therefore we had issues returning our truck after 9pm. Additionally the customer service office was done work for the day so it was difficult to get ahold of someone to help return our truck

General cleanliness of equipment interior. Please make sure of fluid levels ( oil, transmission, brake fluid etc) in the vehicles as that can be a potential hazard.

Jagan NI have an account, and had completed all the reservation info, including my DL info (which is in my account), and my payment info (which I had input during the reservation process). Then I get to the pickup location, and your "touchless pickup" using your website did not work, completely useless. I had to go inside; they had my reservation, but then I had to complete literally everything again, including entering my DL and my credit card info - and then they required a second person's identify and contact info for verification??? Wth. It took nearly half an hour to pick up the vehicle. Return was better; but I only went 20km, and it took over 8 litres to fill the tank! So clearly it was NOT full when I picked it up, no van uses that much gas - so it cost me much more than it should have. Frankly, it should not have taken more than 2 litres, so I ended up paying more than $9 more to rent than I should have. I'll never rent from this location again. That being said, the attendant at the store was kind, and patient, and worked through it. This was not his fault; this is all completely on UHaul, your process used to be efficient, but now it is crap. I'll look elsewhere to rent next time.
Bernard MImprove on your customer service with third party dealers. More training for these dealers, improve on ethics and integrity. Would not recommend anyone for this location.

BALRAM BBooked for 24hr and returned the truck after 8hr early morning, but they did not check the key in the box and charge me for 2 days rental and and coverage insurance. Also i cleaned the uhaul but they still charged me 15$ cleaning fee. Ended up paying close to 60$ extra. Complete RIP-OFF
