This location was remote, unmarked, looked like a junkyard with random U-Haul trailers scattered around the property and had multiple dogs barking around the property. The drop box was taped shut and it was 10/10 difficulty level to get a 26' truck with a trailer into the tiny driveway. I was late and got charged an extra day because of how long it took for me to get into the driveway.

I am a U-haul customer from 2011 and I never found better personalized and customer caring service than from Mikhail.

Don't be dissuaded by the site's rustic location (and its somewhat difficult to find entrance). Mikhail rents trailers. Full stop. He will even help you reserve alternative options… and help you manoeuvre a trailer out of the lot!
