Truck need some repairs. 2nd time a uhaul vendor charged me for fuel when the vehicle was refueled to or above the amount at pickup. This also happened last month at drop off location in Clinton, SC. Clearly indicated on both the return amount is grater on the return receipts.

Reservation for pick up was 8:00 AM . However this business does not open until 8:30 AM . This made me late for my move .

I selected my pick up time on the website at 8am and arrived at the pick up location by 8am. I was not impressed by the fact that I was told the man who deals with the Uhals "doesn't get to work until around 8:30," and then the guy rolled in around 8:40. If that location isn't able to pick up at 8am please don't have that time posted on the website.

I was told by phone and E-Mail that the aut transport was located at 3786 221 S, Laurens,SC when in fact it was located at 1300 Greenwood Rd. I wasted two hours trying to find the right pickup location. Also I had no idea what paperwork I was supposed to leave at the drop off point.
