The pre pick-up service was kind, courteous and down right impeccable. The check in / check out was streamlined and simple. In all honesty, I do believe I could have hooked up, drove off and returned the trailer in the amount of time we waited for the appointed U-Haul attendant to show up for work. But, I'm honest like that. The next time I'll make sure not to make a reservation 18 hours in advance. I will definitely recommend this location to friends (...and family) with flexible schedules and no high expectations. Five Stars!

HEATHER DI've been charged twice from this location. 1080 W KEISER AVE OSCEOLA, AR 72370 I rented from them last year and turned my equipment in the same day. But on the receipt it has I used it for 17 days. The first time they used my card information to try to purchase something. This time it's the 17 day crap. Uhaul needs to do an investigation on them. If they are trying to charge my account like this I can only imagine what they are doing to others.

ALEJANDRO BThis rating is more a reflection of the situation, than the location. This is a location, like many others across the country, where it's more of a self service rental. Just stop and rent a truck or trailer. They will give you the key and tell you which one to take, but they don't really work for U-Haul, they work for minimart. Well, on this trip, I needed some help, but this was my only option. We blew a trailer tire on the interstate, and the roadside assistance was going to take, forever!!!
Bradley EEquipment should be in better condition. There was an issue with the equipment that caused us to change our plans for our trip. The staff was great and worked to correct the problems.

ROLAND FThe people working at the gas station are very nice. The truck was not swept clean and was missing the radio antenna. I did not choose this UHaul location; it was given to me because the reserved equipment was not available at the UHaul store I selected. In the future, UHaul should tell customers in advance that their assigned pick up location is not an official UHaul store. I felt very uncomfortable when I arrived going into a gas station alone to spend $600 on a rental van. I would have appreciated a heads-up on the non-UHaul office location so I could have brought a friend to help me hook up the trailer to the rental truck. I had been expecting customer service from UHaul employees. In the future, UHaul should tell customers when a pick up or drop off location is not a UHaul store. This would have greatly impacted my quality of experience and trust in UHaul as a company.

saundra sTrailer tongue is too heavy for elderly person to lift on and off of the hitch ball. Need a screw type jack like most trailers have.

GEORGE AThere needs to be a bit more signage to distinguish that this is a UHaul vendor. It was difficult to see markers and a bit of an unusual location since it's a busy gas station. Very good customer interaction with the woman who checked me all out. Courteous, professional and attentive.
