K SConsidering I had to drive 5 hours to get the uhaul rental. The day before I needed it. Then to find out the hardware I needed for the trailer was not at the location. Poor service. Would not rent uhaul again. Will not recommend to anyone

jana mToo far away from Halifax to pick up the trailer and I got wrong size trailer ( I reserved a 5 by 8, but they gave me a 4by8.) . Anyway I'll thanks for the 1563 hwy 103 in Sable River manger Joe. He found a right size trailer for me. I really appreciate it. Thanks Joe.

Lorraine DAlthough I have highly rated this location, U-haul's computer system is slow and outdated. This has been the second time in 6 months that I have rented a trailer and have waited 30 minutes or more because the computer system would not allow my purchase order to go through. Very frustrating on a moving day which in itself is stressful enough. I had even tried to speed up the process by creating an account with my credit card information days before and it still took over 30 minutes. Unacceptable!!!
