When we called to find out about renting the equipment the guy gave us a number to call uhaul and make a reservation. we called and waited on hold for over an hour. When someone finally answered the phone all they did was transfer us to another person who put us on hold again. I ended up doing the reservation online.Latosha H.

The truck's loading ramp was not in the slot provided but in the back of the bed. We took the ramp out and used it and we could not get it to go in the slot provided. Not a big deal, just letting you know.perry D.
The establishment is much more of a mom & pop small-motor-repair business that is poorly maintained & doesn't feel trustworthy. The representative had no facemask or other protection for my benefit (although I did for his), the place is run down, and its operating hours are NOT as advertised, causing me to incur an additional day's rental because of its being closed TWO different days & times I visited & called to return the trailer! Finally advised from U-Haul corporate to just drop it off & document it via uhaul.con/share, I did that, but I had to figure out & do everything related to parking, unhooking, & leaving the trailer myself. This was a poor experience & location overall, which I would NOT recommend to anyone.DEAN H.

Allow trailer to be dropped off somewhere other than where you pick up without charging 150,00 $ to a rental of 29,95 $. Passed 20 or more locations on the way back to where we picked up. Beware when renting that your contract does not state local only!!!REGINA E.

This dealer was courteous and helpful. But the communication between the dealers and from corporate UHaul was very poor. I had inconsistent mileage limits from document to document, even after I had spoken on the phone to a customer care representative. I was given pickup locations that were well out of my way and charged for the extra miles that it took me to pick up, despite being told I was given extra miles for this inconvenience. We have another move coming up soon, and I intend to use Penske because of this frustrating experience.ADAM M.

Went to pick up the truck and the clerk wasn't knowledgeable about how to effectively do the process. I had to walk him through some parts as the customer. Not sure if it was on purpose or accident but also added on extra coverage that I didn't want/ need and proceeded to just run through it and I had to stop the transaction because I caught it.... just simple things. Inside of the truck was dirty and looked as if something was spilled on the inside of the truck. I wiped it off with baby wipes so no big deal. Truck it's self ran great but has an exhaust leak. So may need to check that out but other wise in great shape.Tyler E.
The man was unfriendly and not engaging. He was working on something that had nothing to do with Uhaul. He told me to give him the keys, and that was it. He didn't check me out until I left. He really needs to work on hospitality and a more customer friendly atmosphere. Straight garbage.venus S.

On my visit with Uhaul the customer associates were really kind. I believe they should do an advancement on technology though it took over an hour to get my ID to work. And they didn't have my pads, or dolley in stock and I didn't get any temporary use of anything else, or asked although they did drop the charges, I'm lucky my furniture is okay. Some of my boxes got slightly wet. I guess that is to be expected since it does state it is not waterproof. Hard to attach tie down straps inside to keep items from moving. Hope this is my last move. Trailer is heavy and hard to tow. The guy I rented from was super nice and helpful.Kathryn W.

Didn't have dollys of any type. Reserved an appliance dolly. Said it was uhaul's fault that they offer them. Only had six blankets. I reserved 12. Didn't update my reservation so I got charged 12 $for 6 missing blankets.Terry D.

I was charged for an extra day when the truck was returned the same day I rented it. The location I returned it too was closed on Monday, I shouldn't have been charged an extra day because the truck was sitting outside their office the entire weekend up until they opened on Tuesday. The owners live onsite therefore the extra charge wasn't necessary. Also was charged a cleaning fee when the trailer of the truck was clean. The inside did have mud on the floor but that was already there prior to me renting the truck.NICOLE L.

Reserved trailer for time of opening 8:00am. Guy didn't show until 8:30. Then he didn't know how to operate the computer. Took an hour to check out. Very incompetent. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.greg F.

I understand it is a lawn mower repair shop, I have been there before for non U-Haul business. However, the place is dirty, smells of gas and oil, and quite honestly, gives off an unprofessional image. U-Haul corporate should evaluate this location. The clerk's printer was broke and he couldn't print me a receipt. He had me take a picture of it with my cell phone. Then, they would not come outside to help me hook it up. I have done this before, and I was able to do it, but they should at least walked outside. It would have been nice to have have a backup guide and help lifting the 6x12 trailer onto my hitch.William A.

These people have no clue!!! The guy had hell using the computer. I was their at 7:30 a.m. per they're request because they where having a grand opening or something like that and I finally left at 9:15 a.m. we had to take the trailer back and get them to put some grease in the wheel baron because it was dry. Had to get them to get a cap off another trailer to put on ours to keep rain and dirt out of the wheel. They charged me 35:00 for towing insurance which I did not need and when I asked them to take it off they said that they would in Macon, Ga when I turned in the trailer. I am very pissed off with these people as they knew I would not be getting that money back. I would not recommend them to any one they are complete morons!!! Felicia GilesFelicia J.
They were closed. I should not have to pay for an extra day! I had it there the next day from when I picked it up. Refund ALL of the extra charges. And by my calculations, the total distance driven was 75,8 miles. Not 118. I don't know what is wrong with the odometer. But there is no way I did 118 miles. 75,8 us barely under the allowed 80 miles. Refund ALL of it. Or I will dispute the charges with the credit card company.Freddy M.
