Oj sThe truck smelled of pot. I told the guy and he didn't seem to care. I them called the lady at the drop off point and was very understanding. I just was making sure I wasn't going to be charged for the clean up that the millennium location didn't take care of. The Oder was so bad as soon as you open the door I got a contact high.

sam hA general UHaul comment, not for this location. Not sure why I had to drive the equipment 30 minutes away to return it. This was the closest option when I booked the reservation. I passed four other locations on my way. Very inconvenient for the customer.

Larry LEverything was great! I've utilized U-Haul many times before. This was the closest location to me, and I was glad it was there. I was able to have a truck until my job was finished. It helped me for my move, but the mileage can add up on you costing more, like bad directions for where you are going from other companies can along with that. I'll be using U-Haul Mover Help again also when it's time to finish with things. I was happy with them also. It will be good to finally get to where I'm going to be. Thank you again U-Haul.

CARL GI arrived to the car dealership with the U-Haul‘s and I walked inside, and the guy made me wait like 20 to 30 minutes to get the U-Haul and the U-Haul was filthy inside the capon.

Charles GU-Haul needs to improve its web service. Why offer on-line check in, only for your representative to ignore it and the customer be required to provide the information again? Spent more than an hour in the office while paperwork was filled out. Also, one price was listed when I checked in, only to have a higher price charged in the office. Felt like I was lied to by U-Haul!

Steve Koutside of truck was muddy, The truck made a squealing noise the whole trip from North Carolina to Mississippi. It took almost an hour to check out the truck like the owner of the business had no idea how to check it out.
Steve DIt was the woman's first time renting a U--Haul, and I think she did a great job! I was surprised the truck was a little dirty. The cab had stuff on the floor, and the back looked like a bird seed bag ripped.

DAVID MCheck engine light was on … incorrect reading for fuel level and left car carrier wheel strap came loose 3 times during trip.
RICHARD Ru haul guy didnt install the ball right and when loading car it poped off the ball and damaged my vehicle. also the strap for the wheel was frayed so i couldnt use it luckily i had tie downs
RAYMOND DThe trailer that I reserved 10 days in advance at their North Myrtle Beach location was not ready. But Greg at the North Myrtle Beach location was very intent on finding me a trailer close by and he found a trailer 30 miles away after searching a half a day.The trailer was there clean and ready to go.
GEORGE KI returned the truck 10 hours early and fuel was correct but I was charged additional day/gas because they didn't check in the truck until well after the return date/time.
KELLY SMake sure my reservation was fir what I ordered. At the place and price that it was made for and paper work done when I pick up. Not a hour and a half at somewhere 17 miles from my origin. Very dissatisfied! Now I am waiting on my refund, cause your agents over charged me. Very poor customer service and not people friendly.

Michael MMake sure the vehicle is very secure on the Dollie. I made it from loris to my drive in Manning with no problems. I didn't realize that as I made my right hand turn into my drive the car slid off the Dollie. I made sure to drive slowly and carefully the whole way. I realized I did not have my car when the police advised me of the hazard the car presented in its position. Due to the time and being tired I just went right inside thinking I would unload the next morning
Carla MWe returned the uhaul with the correct amount of gas and a day EARLY and was charged more !! That is insane.
Travis TThe process to pick up the truck by cell phone was extremely frustrating and upsetting. It took over an hour to process and get the keys. The service representative was very condescending, saying I need to be in Chrome for the process to work, she did not know how to instruct me. I came to realize, I had Chrome on my phone.. I believe being early in the morning, not able to take clear photos, was the problem. As day light became better the process was able to be completed.
