They got the trailer hooked up and I was on the road in a short period of time.
James BrynNo problems here
Jason TodhunterVery helpful and professional
CATHERINE NORMANWhen I got my truck the back was dirty, so I had to sweep before I could load
JOSH BARNHARTHe was very nice.
SCOTT TABERNo problems with locations at all. They were nice and friendly. I do however, very much dislike your system. It is fumbly, overly long, too many steps, too many emails/ texts. I was spending time trying to mess around with your screwy system while everyone else was loading. I finally gave up and helped load, as we were trying to avoid a winter storm.
ERIC KELLEREverything was great and super easy. Love that most of the transaction could be handled through my smart phone.
Dawn JonesIdentify drop off location on website. I had to call Uhaul service representative to be told where to drop off rented vehicle. The drop off location could easily be identified on the website and would have allowed me to turn the vehicle in earlier.
Jeff ShererKnow the hours that this location is actually open. We were told it was open but it was closed.
Ruben GomezNice people, their shop looked disorganized, cluttered
John CapuanoThis was not my original pick up location . They called 45 min before my pick up time and had time drive an hour and a half extra just for pick up. Than another 2 hours to my load location. I had to get 2 hotel room as this thru off all my whole trip. This affected my load help and days. This costed me an extra $400 plus dollars.
Cody LaFleurMy wife was very uncomfortable when we went into the business. The owner didn't have internet to pull up our rental truck information. So he had to call and kept telling us that he is usually closed before 5pm and his hours said 7pm.

Teresa RexConvenient drop off location. However, not open and unable to get ahold of anyone using the "after hours" phone number. Again, had to contact U-Haul three times to assure that it will be marked that the trailer was dropped off on time and that I would not be charged extra. Dropped off the trailer July 3rd. Didn't receive confirmation of drop off until the afternoon of July 5th. I would not recommend using U-Haul as a moving company.
Tyler JohnsonWe wanted to add the insurance and your website is so hard to use that it took 20 minutes to do it. Making the reservation, it being wrong, and correcting it, took 3 phone calls (including the regional manager) and 3 tries. None of the people who answered the 1800 number had a clue and couldn't understand what needed to be done. Once they forwarded the call to "scheduling" I had to reexplain the problem but the gals immediately understood and 'fixed' the problem. Your website is so bad. Every time we went into the reservation, we had to answer all the same questions and reenter the same information. Information I didn't have readily available. SO, you either have to make phone calls, interrupt family members, etc or LIE and enter SOMETHING. The issue was, there wasn't what we needed in our town (there never is! and we are the largest town for 2-3 hours in any direction) so we had to go an hour away to a tiny little town to pick it up. (Who had so many trucks and trailers, he couldn't park them all on his lot and corporate REFUSED to take any away.) Your website couldn't comprehend dropping it off in our home town without paying twice as much. UHaul is very poorly run on the corporate level. More effort needs to be made to bring your company into the 21st century and make it work smoother.
Was very helpful and professional
Kurt ManizakThe man we worked with did not know what he was doing. He had the wrong equipment hooked up at first, then when he finally got the right equipment hooked up, he didn't even hookup the trailer correctly (the man at the drop of location said he didn't connect the emergency chains, and other problems). He didn't seem inspired about uhaul at all. But, it was convenient to be able to go to him, instead of a uhaul that was 80 Miles further away. Finally, the auto transport trailer was not in very good condition. The wratchets were very rusty and difficult to use.
