It was too confusing on where to go at the location for service. I was directed throughout the facility by others to find the actual Uhaul representative. There were no signs or directives. I had to reason on my own where to park the equipment for disconnecting. Just seemed a bit unorganized. Representative was polite, but didn’t give any help when I told him the equipment had leaked rain on all my stuff... just said I’ll let them know. I selected location for its convenience for drop off.

It took way too long to rent an open trailer especially since my information was already in your system from a previous rental a year ago. The retailer was having to wait for your website to respond to their computer system. Each screen thru the process took forever to respond to their imputs. Half hour spent waiting on paperwork to be completed. Trailer hookup took only 5 minutes.

I had a problem about my rental. I was getting upset and scared as to what I could do. But Mr. Miller came to the rescue and took me under his wing and got everything resolved for me and gave me the best service ever. I would recommend them to anyone.

I guess I am old school. Lady did not want to go look at the truck with me to verify damage or that I brought everything back. She said they would do it later and email me a bill. Not to sure about this but ok.

UHaul person that connected trailer to my truck DID NOT tighten hitch (Hitch to Ball) causing it to come off my truck when loading car. Very nerve racking and unnecessary.

The truck I got had a very bad alignment problem that was discovered while at freeway speeds. I don't think the dealer could have known it since they only move the trucks around in their yard and to the local gas station. When a vehicle is going straight, the steering wheel should be in the 12 oclock position. In this truck, it was at the 10 oclock position. I notified the drop off dealer about the issue. The problem made my 2K mile trip a little more challenging then it needed to be - as I was also hauling a auto transporter.

Easy drop off about 9 am. I hosed down the inside before drop off because of some ashes and rust from a bbq pit from California. Gentleman I spoke with said uHaul online system was down and would take care of the drop off when the system came back up. Easy drop off. Dude was true to his word. Got the 4x8 receipt about 2pm. No extra charges. I’ll be renting from them again.

1. Get a person on phone reservation answering service who knows what she is doing and saying. She screwed up location and put me 25miles from my location in Mobile as opposed to Daphne. This led to a series of problems and I still do not know what I was charged. 2. Your online registration needs work. I filled it out and it never worked. 3. The person who took the reservation said I could not do insurance over phone, never sent me an email as promised and never sent any follow-up info. I went to Great Events U-Haul which I requested and they and they had no notification of my reservation. 4. Great Events in Daphne was excellent in fixing the problems and getting me going without too much loss of time created by reservationist's mistakes, who needs training, transfer off reservations or firing. 5. I would recommend Great Events to anyone for U-Haul, but not the corporate office.
