You can do nothing to improve upon the obliging expert service provided at your depot on Millidgeville Ave. in Saint John by your agent, Gen. She went beyond the call of duty to reassess and reduce fees which were originally a couple of hundred dollars higher through my lack of knowledge of company policies. She was very pleasant and understanding in a highly professional manner.

When I arrive there to pick up the 15’ truck, the location was closed so I had to use the app. While I was waiting for it to be approved, I had to begin cleaning out the cab which was filthy and strewn with garbage. I had also ordered a dolly, but checked the back of the truck and it was empty. Contacted Uhaul nearly a week ago about this experience but have yet to receive a reply... After completing check-in via the app, the keycode I was given for the lockbox did not work - meaning that the location failed to update this - so I had to call UHaul. After waiting on hold for a while, I then tried a series of codes they provided, none of which worked, though I was able to open the other two boxes (one of which was empty, the other had keys to a 26’ truck). Long story short, the only option was for me to take the 26’ truck. This truck was far more uncomfortable than the smaller truck (no driver’s side armrest, wheel did not tilt, no A/C, no audio line-in, etc., etc.), cost an inestimable amount more in gas, and was far more unwieldy to drive. Despite having been checked in the week before (according to the paperwork left in it), this location had pocketed the cleaning fees but failed to sweep out the bed, which was covered in dirt, dust, and needles from a fake Christmas tree. I also found out, at an inopportune time on the highway, that they had also failed to put in any windshield washer fluid as the tank was completely dry. The cab was also in poor condition. When a passenger climbed in, a large section of the plastic casing of the door fell off in their lap, and then we noticed the seat belt buckles were held by exposed wires. Conclusion: UHaul - and this location in particular - cost me time and money and ultimately made my move a nightmare

They went out of their way to make sure I received a vehicle. After dealing with head office in Dartmouth several times and being told there are no 6 x 12 enclosed trailers in my area, I found out from this location they did have them when I was inquiring. My total bill for a 26’ truck was $596.25 more than I would have spent for the trailer! I like the Milledgeville location but calling into head office number is an absolute nightmare as they have no idea what they are doing!

I picked up the half ton around noon on Tuesday and took it back late Friday afternoon . I was more than pleased with the service I received when I picked the truck up and when I took it back . The staff was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with . I definitely would go back there again when I need to rent again .

I have an issue with the fuel charge. I have pictures to prove the fuel was back to pretty much where it was when I took it, as I put fuel in it before returning. So saying that I will be telling my organization to look else where when they need to rent trucks for our events..

The pickup was efficient and quick, thank you. The return was some of the worse customer service that I've received. I went into the shop and the 3 employees were eating pizza, clearly on their lunch break. I can appreciate that they all wanted their deserved break, however not one of them greeted me or made any effort to help me, in fast they were purposely all avoiding my eye contact. I stood staring at the 3 of them for a bit before one of them said to the other "you got this?" to which she sighed, flopped her piece of pizza into the box and came over where she said "Name?". Once she started to process the return she was much more friendly, however the customer service that I experienced was not a positive one.

Phone support and scheduling were excellent accommodating changes to pick up times and locations. Reduced the stress of moving immensely!

No one would help me load or unload the trailer. I had a broken finger so made it twice as hard! There is no jacks on trailers so you have to lift a heavy trailer. So many people cannot do that. Smarten up Uhaul. I’ll never use you again and I’ll be spreading the word

I went to pick up the truck was told there was no truck there for me after it being booked and verified on the 18th of July. I was held up for an hour had to call the head offi e number .I eas very frustrated over my expérience
