Mention that this is not a gas station so you should fill the tank back up before getting there. Otherwise, very friendly, easy location!

SHAWN HI picked this location because it said they were open until 10PM. I got there at 8PP and they were closed. I tried calling the site and it went to voicemail. I left the trailer at the site and called the main uhaul number to ask what I should do.

Enrique CI am very glad that I found this location, as the owner serves your company excellent and was a pleasure to deal with. If I had not found this location, I would not be dealing with U-Haul anymore as the manager of your Capital Drive, Charlottetown, PEI location was impossible to deal with on two separate occasions. She could do with a lot of training from this individual as she is a very ignorant person to deal with and is very very poor at customer service. This is not just my experience, if you read some of the reviews from this location you will see that 75 % or more have had the same experience with her as I have had. Patrick LIt took about 20-25 minutes to get my drivers license into the system. The clerk had some difficulties getting a proper photo and had to retake a couple of times. The clerk was pleasant and professional and I felt bad for him over the trouble he was having
Randall HI booked a dolly over a month ago for my move, and when we picked up the truck it wasn't available. I think if I booked it a month in advance, one should've been brought for me. Disappointed on that, would've made my move a lot better

NATASHA MWhile trying to make a change in my contract , trying to get through on the phone was very frustrating . My internet had already been disconnected, so I had to use the phone and it was a good 20-25 min. Doing this and trying to load a truck .Other than that , Great,Many Thanks, Bob

KARLA CLocation not real convenient for us. Don't bump customers and change trailer types and pick up places. Had to delay a move for a full day. Worst service I ever got! We had great service when we finally got a trailer a day late and after getting bumped to different pick up places and trailer types we couldn't even haul!!
CORINNA MProprietor was excellent, realized missing eye glass carrier (figured slide under seat of truck). Uhaul rep checked for me and retrieved it setting it aside for me till next time I was in town.. Service above and beyond in my opinion and greatly appreciated...
