Truck received dirty and with the gas tank on Empty. After returning the vehicle, I received an invoice with charges for gas and extra service I did Not request.

Having to do everything using your cell phone was a bit tricky, ie taking pictures of the truck exterior, license plate, gas gauge and mileage. The photos appear to go somewhere but not the cell phone. So, writing down everything too will help you remember information.

The Customer service representative was nice and helpful. But Uhaul could not accomodate my order for 2 hand trucks which was disappointing.

When arriving, he couldn't get his computer to execute the online reservation I made. Apparently something was wrong with his computer and he had to call someone, 30 minutes later finally went and got the truck, Didn't give me a copy of a contract or go over anything with the truck. Went to a different location for boxes and a lock. The agent here then came out to the truck and looked at it where there was several blankets and a few dollies left in the back of the truck. She took them out and then I asked her about the gas, the gas was not marked correctly in their system. Neither was the mileage. She helped me with that and got everything cleared up and I was on the road an hour and a half after my original reservation time.
