The gentleman who handled my request at the location was excellent! Very helpful, kind and patient. He helped me through even though the u-haul online system was down - he made sure I get a great service!

I was frustrated that I got there at 9:15 (open at 9) and they gave one of my furniture dolly’s away to someone else. So I only had one instead of the two i reserved.
ELIZABETH Rthe dolly i wanted was out of stock
Joshua SThe app was frustrating took forever to load Uninstalled and used the website. Couldn't find the amount of gas I needed anywhere so I just filled it up all the way. Would have used home depot trucks if they had any.
Lucas RGreat experience
John MAccording to the staff personnel at this location, they just began to host UHaul services. Improvements; This location had limited equipment to assist what the renters would need on the truck. Dollies, ect…. Also to have more trucks available on lot will help.
