Truck drove terribly. Very rough ride and steering was wonky.

michael allenThe trailer did not have a tongue jack. Lifting that kind of weight is dangerous for anyone to have to handle. All trailers should come with a tongue jack to not only prevent injury but to also keep the trailer from rolling.
Erin JuengerMy only complaint is the self check in on returns is long. It takes me on much time. Why should I have to do that ? It is U-Haul responsibility! Don't take up my time doing it!

Steve AndersonThere was no one there when I arrived at my scheduled pickup time. Uhual had to call them and someone finally showed up 20-30 minutes after my scheduled pickup time. The trailer I was given was dirty inside. It wasn't swept and something had been spilled and not cleaned up. I will never use this location again and I will not recommend it either.

phillip jandathe only complaint I have is that the process where i was required to take a photo of my license and "scan" the back was unwieldy and didnt work well, took about 5 attempts to get it to work. YOu shoue equip each location with dedicated scanners for this purpose

Danny ClarkI had set up a trailer to be rented from your Maryville, IL location on 8/2. I was phoned on 8/5 and told by one of your reps that the Maryville, IL location did not have the trailer I needed. Your rep directed me to go to your S. Morrison, Collinsville location. I was assured by your agent that this location would have the trailer that I needed. My trailer pickup date was previously scheduled for Tues., 8/9. I was told by your rep the S. Morrison location was closed on Tuesdays. He said I could pick the trailer up on Mon., 8/8 and would not be charged for an extra day. I returned the trailer as scheduled on Tues., 8/16. When I received my bill final bill, it showed me being charged for an extra day. I phoned the S. Morrison, Collinsville location and was told by the your agent there that he could not refund my money. He said he would have to call your agent(Mike) and he would have to take care of it. As of today, 8/23, I have not been contacted by anyone from U-Haul. I am not happy with the way this situation is being handled. I am asking that the extra day that I was charged be refunded to me.

james barfieldbetter signage for u-haul component. Minimax storage and provided address is next door with very little room to turn around with a trailer after entering. online hours state open until 430. business locked up and closed at 330, but answered the phone and met me at lot to drop off.

STEPHEN TIGGESPlace is a total mess. Felt like I was picking up at a junkyard - locations fault. They didn't have the additional items I requested.-uhauls fault because they changed the location of my pickup. That said, I stopped at the original location as well and they didn't have them either. Don't offer additional items (furniture dolly) if you don't have them available The headliner in the truck was falling off and made a ton of noise while driving - uhauls fault

Jon HarrisI had no clue about the U-haul Truck Share 24/7!!!! Excellent program! The location was easy to find and the trucks were parked in a good open area, didn't have to go on a hunt to find my assigned truck. Awesome experience, still in a bit shock of how seamless the process was!

Carl WoodExplained the issue with the contract changes and the blankets being lost during drop off and they stated it would be fine I was good there was no extra charges. Same location proceeded to try and back charge me days later. Called manager at drop off location and they stated they would resolve the issue contract was just incorrect due to changes. Received an email from Uhaul stating I owed this money. Called the provided number and provided information about the contract and changes. Was told that someone would reach out in 48 hours. No follow up assumed issue was resolved. Received letter from collection agency.
