The online check in was convenient and made for a quick pick up- very impressed. Pick-up location employee was very courteous and helpful. Overall, this was the best experience I've ever had with Uhaul. Thanks

I had to read odometer, unload stuff for them---and they did not keep their own posted hours. They treated me like I owed THEM information. Terrible. They refused to buy back boxes-which UHaul guarantees! Because they couldn't be bothered.

KELLI R.the truck had no way to adjust side mirrors, there was no way to turn off the heater which was annoying, the older man attendant who took the truck when we returned it was rude and pushy, he lack professionalism and constantly arguing with me. I will never rent or lease anything from this place. Also the old lady who took our order did not know what she was doing it took her over an hour to fill out the paperwork which made us late.

The fellas there at the counter could hardly be nicer and more helpful. He gave me the complete rundown right off the bat and I assure you there's no surprises or hidden fees. It's all very straight forward. Check in at the counter was fast and friendly both coming and going. They take good care of you. I'm a disabled vet and can't do what I used to. I hired Fantasy Movers. They were equally spectacular. They really did a great job and really know their stuff when it comes to moving furnature. They were also great communicators. Also straight forward pricing. No surprises with those fellas either. Polite, fast and friendly. They work very hard. Overall it was great and I am going to use them again soon on my one way move to Seattle. I feel fortunate to get treated so well. I really appreciated everyone on down the line.

In the other hand, the young man, Cory, was the most helpful and pleasant person I have dealt with in all the years that I have been renting trucks.

But tell me sorry I don't know what to tell you, now you have to wait 3 days for a manager to call you!! Like WTF!! .so pissed.

Gary I.When a customer submits a reservation request for a particular piece of equipment to be picked up at a specified time and place, and U-Haul provides a confirmation number for that request, DO NOT change the time and place of pickup to a dealer 40 miles away the day before!!!
Deborah I.The game the rental person played with the gas tank levels was pretty underhanded and sneaky. I drove the truck exactly FIVE MILES on a local pickup/delivery. The rental person said the gas level showed "five-eighths of a tank, so there's plenty of gas - don't worry about it." I didn't, even though the gauge showed slightly below that line when I drove it away. He was too busy to print the receipt when I turned in the truck, and said he'd email it to me. I was fine with that. When I got my receipt, I'd been charged for a GALLON AND A HALF of gas! In FIVE MILES?? That's underhanded and abusive!

The customer service guy went above and beyond to help me find another truck. It all worked out. I'd recommend this location based on the quality customer service alone. The windshield needs a good cleaning.
