we had a problem with the transmission when we had to stop or start. It clunked hard. We called U-Haul and they sent a repair man out after 2 hours of delay. Said it was in Tow, adjusted on computer. We started again and 2 exits down the road it clunked again. We were on the freeway most of the time and decided to drive it anyway. Made it to our destination and let them know. Over all, it was ok.
SUSAN OTruck was clean but smells of stale cigarettes. Worked great with everything else.
BRADLEY RI take responsibility for forgetting, but the attendant never asked for the key and I went off with it in my pocket. I would think this would be part of the process. Hilariously when I came back the other worker said it happens all the time. Maybe ask for the keys at drop off and it won't happen. Again, my fault in part, but after the pick up experience, it just capped off an all around bad experience.

JOSEFINA BThe morning of truck pickup they changed my location of pickup an hour away from previously agreed pickup location. Resulting in a 2 hour delay in our moving plans. - I had to pay two professional movers 2 hours to sit and wait. - two of my buddies had to leave bcz they were on schedule - I had to pay the extra fuel cost to go get the truck and then move the truck 50 miles north - I picked the truck up with the fuel gauge showing 215 miles till empty I returned it with 217 miles till empty. I was then charged $11 till up the tank. I have pictures proving all of it. We won’t be using Uhaul again.

Randle CUhaul has a monopoly, this was awful. An hour on the phone trying to pick up the thing I drove almost 2 hours in a different country for. 10/10 awful experience.

Bryan TI put exactly 5 miles on the truck total from start to finish. I stopped and put $5 worth of gas in it. (over a gallon) And they are charging me a fuel surcharge.

She told me I could give her the key and the truck would be handled the next morning for the return. I did receive email confirming the return and no additional charges. The office was closing in 15 minutes so I took a chance that it would be handled as said and it was. I’m always uncomfortable trusting that it will go as stated.

I had to read odometer, unload stuff for them---and they did not keep their own posted hours. They treated me like I owed THEM information. Terrible. They refused to buy back boxes-which UHaul guarantees! Because they couldn't be bothered.

Jayme CCustomer service was good but being able to scan or copy my license left a lot to be desired. If it is required to do so the internet connection needs to be improved. 30 minutes is what it took to finally get that aspect accomplished. I doubt I would recommend this location to others.
