Bryan TI put exactly 5 miles on the truck total from start to finish. I stopped and put $5 worth of gas in it. (over a gallon) And they are charging me a fuel surcharge.

Scott SThere was only 1 person working, it appeared she would be tied up with the customer in front of me. She told me I could give her the key and the truck would be handled the next morning for the return. I did receive email confirming the return and no additional charges. The office was closing in 15 minutes so I took a chance that it would be handled as said and it was. I'm always uncomfortable trusting that it will go as stated.

I had to read odometer, unload stuff for them---and they did not keep their own posted hours. They treated me like I owed THEM information. Terrible. They refused to buy back boxes-which UHaul guarantees! Because they couldn't be bothered.

KELLI Rthe truck had no way to adjust side mirrors, there was no way to turn off the heater which was annoying, the older man attendant who took the truck when we returned it was rude and pushy, he lack professionalism and constantly arguing with me. I will never rent or lease anything from this place. Also the old lady who took our order did not know what she was doing it took her over an hour to fill out the paperwork which made us late.

DEBORAH CCory at the mini storage was great. He was fast and friendly. The truck outwardly looked fine, but the steering on the 20' truck was really scary. Not the mini storage's fault since they had just got the truck in the night before.
HEATHER BEverything was awesome! It was carefree and Tommy was a nice surprise. He made my day. Everything was in order at my time of booking. The fellas there at the counter could hardly be nicer and more helpful. He gave me the complete rundown right off the bat and I assure you there's no surprises or hidden fees. It's all very straight forward. Check in at the counter was fast and friendly both coming and going. They take good care of you. I'm a disabled vet and can't do what I used to. I hired Fantasy Movers. They were equally spectacular. They really did a great job and really know their stuff when it comes to moving furnature. They were also great communicators. Also straight forward pricing. No surprises with those fellas either. Polite, fast and friendly. They work very hard. Overall it was great and I am going to use them again soon on my one way move to Seattle. I feel fortunate to get treated so well. I really appreciated everyone on down the line.
BUTCH LYour remote check in was a joke. If it hadn't been for the maintenance guy I would still be standing there.
Ron MLarger street sign, location is too easily driven by. I have rented from this location in the past and I still drive past and have to turn around. In the other hand, the young man, Cory, was the most helpful and pleasant person I have dealt with in all the years that I have been renting trucks.
COLLEEN PWhen you are given a price that's what you expect to pay!! You charged me an extra 180 something dollars for a reason I haven't a clue about!! You where quik to pull the money off my card!! But tell me sorry I don't know what to tell you, now you have to wait 3 days for a manager to call you!! Like WTF!! .so pissed.
ANGELIA DYou left your representative in a compromising position by double booking and leaving the rep without a vehicle for the reservation. Representative really went out if his way to help us out after u haul hing him out to dry, not to mention the customer, ME, had to drive 40 minutes the wrong way to get a truck

WESLEY RDanielle the Manager at this location went above and beyond to provide an easy check in and pick up of the Uhaul. She was amazing to deal with and made our experience with UHaul rate it as a 5-star excellent experience.
Michael gVehicle was not ready. The uhaul employee did not show up to work until an hour after opening. I had to drive 45 mins from my original location only to wait for over an hour for the guy to show up.

JENNIFER LLower mileage rates on weekends. Have the gas tank full when truck is picked up so customers don't have to worry about getting gas as soon as they leave your lot.
