Took us an hour to get 5X8 trailer at Minnies Auto. Younger man was really yelling at much older lady about locking up the computer; never coming back online while there. Computer locked up. I had to tell them to call U-Haul. Then gave us damaged equipment and our paperwork said No Damage. We pointed it out and they noted, took picture and put sticker X on it. In Greensburg, IN they had issues because the computer stated we had damaged it. Greensburg was very professional and handled it beautifully. Please do not ever send us to Minnies Auto and Truck again. 25 minutes from our location when there is 4 U-Hauls within 5 minutes of us. This was awful. The trailer was perfect for what we needed. You should have put us with a much closer U-Haul. Cost us 2 hours of our time instead of 30 minutes... This was almost a nightmare... Greensburg, IN I thank you for all you did for us...

Chuck LI recently rent a U-Haul from Minnie's in Brooksville, FL and I must say I was treated with respect and the staff there was wonderful (especially the beautiful senior lady working in the office). It seems to be a family run business and they were all very polite and accommodating. We had a major change of plan and they were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend!

They were friendly and helpful, they helped me back the trailer in and unhook everything took care of all the paperwork. I would use them again.

trio jHave the trailer I needed at the first location when needed. I had to go to three locations to get the trailer. First place trailer was not returned, so I had to go to a second location, wrong type trailer, I was then sent to a third location, they had it, 100 miles round trip out of my way. Totally unexceptionable! Could not get a hold of customer service, called multiple times, with estimated 15 minute wait time, I waited 45 minutes to an hour each time with no response. Very disappointed. Uhaul needs to compensate for the extra mileage, time and frustration it caused me!

LESLIE CEven though my reservation was made with me checking no equipment insurance, I was still charged. The reason being that there is no cell service in the office so the employee must take pics of your license and do the paperwork on your behalf. Never mentioning once that the insurance is now being added. Never receiving a copy of anything as there is no service or wifi, so therefore you can't see it until it's returned, which I did later that night. However with it being a Friday night, you don't get the final receipt or notice it's been returned successfully until you call in Monday. Prayed the whole weekend the trailer wouldn't get stolen and I'd be responsible as there is no lock or drop off gate or anything for a trailer. When speaking with the employee I was told I should have double checked the paperwork. The paperwork I was never given or emailed? How am I supposed to double check something I never received. I Won't be returning, plenty of other locations.

Ian BWhen I picked up the truck I was never asked to check the fuel gauge. The lady told me, you paid for the best insurance so you don't need to worry about anything. The tank was just over half when I picked it up. I returned it with the same amount and was told I needed to return it full. I had to put an additional $52 in the tank. I realized that the text messages I received at pick up showed a full tank when I had this issue. I just feel cheated after spending over &600 with your company and returned it a day early.
