I dropped off Sunday, with the lock box. I had some problems with the App. It kept referencing a previous Canceled reservation. Dispatch followed up with me later in the day. which was appreciated. I didn't go into the location, but I've friends that used it to store their RV and were very complimentary of the management.

ERIC MVery difficult to find. The mini storage stands out but the uhaul side of it is almost invisible. There are 3 ways to get to the bld. Two are dirt roads along a farmers field.

pamela wUHual Corporate traffic moved my one-way drop off location from Hv Rv Storage Peoria on 2/8 to Mission RV & Mini Storage on 2/9. Jesse from UHual verbally provided me 30 miles extra and an extra day due to the last-minute location change. I was charged for the additional miles and charged for the extra day.

RAUL PI returned my truck in person just before closing and it wasn't checked in by Mission RV as it should have been that day. I was given verbal assurance that I didn't have to do anything else and that all was good before I left Mission RV. Because of this negligence I was double charged my rental and insurance charge. I had the truck for 5 hours and now my money is tied up as if I had the truck for 2 days while customer service who was punctual at reaching out to me because the check in hadn't happen, now seems to not have much ability when it comes to rectifying incorrect billing for "actual" services rendered. I spoke to a representative today who was very passive and basically tossed her hands up about the situation and basically told me that what the 1st representative the day of was willing to do which was reach out to Mission RV to confirm that the truck was returned, defaulted to some complaint system and basically said that the refund due me is up to Mission RV's discretion. I am owed 1 days worth of rental fees and insurance fees and if not refunded, regardless of the cost to me, legal action will be taken. I do not appreciate this treatment or this experience. A simple clear up should not take up to 72 hours and a dice roll on the decision to do the right thing and refund an honest customer fairly. Moving is already a stressful process and sloppiness like this makes it worse.

Carlos ROver the past year I've rented half a dozen or so U-Haul vehicles. This one, by far was the best! The truck was perfect and the service was outstanding. The only issue was only 1/3 of a tank of fuel when I picked it up. I left it with 3/4 of a tank for the next person. Other than that, it couldn't have been better.
Jeffrey PAgent was SUPER helpful. The trailer needed the connecting braking cable. He located a neighboring U-Haul center and swapped the cable.

CURTIS WLiterally only one spot for a return, so if someone returns it there first, then there would be no way to return the truck.

Jason UI have a concern about my recent truck rental. Contract #23354877. When we picked up the truck it was very dirty inside and out. The front window was so dirty with bugs that was the first thing we had to do so we drive it .Also the headlights were bug covered. The interior of the back end was dusty/dirty and again we had to clean it so cloth furniture would not get dirty.
clarice KLocation was under construction and was not notified to change return location . The normal stock was moved to another location.
William Emake it easier to make contact with personnel.
Fed PThe Original pick-up spot was on 91st street. They were the worst ever. I almost rented with penske after my experience with 91st street U-haul. The olive street u- haul was much better.
Dennis OGet your computer IT department to develop more stable applications I waited 30 min to rent a truck for a total of 2 hours use. What a waste of my time.
Dave YThe attendant didn't show me to the truck. He pointed it out from a window. Didn't do a walk around or anything like other locations have done in the past. The gas tank was not full when I received it, and only noticed that it wasn't full after filling it much more than it should've been filled. Filled with 6+ gallons, and only went 11 miles total, including the milage to bring it back. Pretty sure that doesn't add up. When brought up to the attendant, he said he would adjust mileage to account for this. I was still charged the full amount. Will not use this location again.

marcus hThe uhaul I picked up was very dirty on the inside. Sticky spilled soda everywhere I had to clean the truck before my trip. Other than that truck drove great, lots of space and very comfortable.
Kayti HReturned the equipment a day earlier. Does not show the extra day was reimbursed.
