The online app did not reflect my reservation so I had to wait for the location to open. They could see my reservation and I was on my way but the online account didn't. Wasted an hour and a half of moving time and wasted money on movers.Johnny A.

Our move out was delayed because the employee said she would call and notify us as soon as our trailer was ready for pick up, she estimated about 11am. She never called. We ended up showing up around 1pm and the trailer had been ready for some time.Hannah J.

One of the best things about this location is they have a large supply of trucks. I was so fortunate to be able to extend my rental 3 times and they actually had the inventory available to be able to accommodate me. Moving is such a chore but they made it less stressful. We will definitely use then again when a truck is needed.Brianna L.

It was an easy check out because I had prepaid for the rental. I rented a 10ft and they offered a 15ft which I took for no additional cost. However the older the truck or more miles on it you have to consider fuel cost. My drive was from san diego cali to Dallas TX and total was $1051 for fuel. As high as $6,19 in cali and $4,44 in Texas. Drop off was through their app and took about 20 min between filling out the required info, answering questions and uploading pictures while at the location of drop off. Overall, no issues with uHaul. Suggestion for improvement would be to have someone wipe down the dash of the truck as it was dusty and clean the inside of the windshield as it had lots of smudge marks and finger prints.Robert S.

The folks at the location were very helpful. The U-Haul computer "system" is a nightmare. We pre-booked, then we were contacted and asked to pull an empty trailer. I think THAT is when everything went sideways. We declined the opportunity to drive 35 miles out of the way to pick it up, and then chose to rent a tow-dolly. Because the trailer had been booked, they had to put the tow-dolly on a separate rental contract. The return address was not listed on the contract- the lady at the counter said it wouldn't matter. I was prompted, I think in an email, to use the app for the pickup condition report: I added a few photos of some minor scratches and went on my way.Keith B.

The app-driven check-in process was a nightmare! Nearly unusable. "Session timeout" happened after a matter of seconds so providing the security code did not work. Then the wait time for a person on the 1-833 number was ONE HOUR!! But provided enough help to get past authentication. But then I was forced to authenticate myself. I don't normally carry my passport around with me! Then two people had to authenticate my identity - huge hassle at 7:30 pm on a Friday night. I very nearly gave up and bailed on the whole process which took more than 90 minutes. Horrible system! Horrible process, technology and cell coverage at this location. i am extremely disappointed with uhaul in general: although i returned the equipment on time i was charged an extra $20 of overage fees. and the $165 that was placed as a hold on my card will be there for 3-5 days on to of the actual charge of $295 for use of the vehicle, which I find absolutely unacceptable. Your financial practices are deplorable and I do not enjoy being treated in this way at all.NFN A.
The only issue was that I ordered a pice of equipment and it wasn't available. Y'all made a substitution but it still cost me more in lost time and aggravation. This wasn't this locations fault though as far as I can tell and was your central offices inability to coordinate. Plus I had to wait on hold for twenty minutes with corporate. I was charged for 3 gallons of fuel after driving 14 miles and having put in over 2 gallons of gas myself right before I returned the truck. I had to spend over 45 minutes on hold to hopefully resolve the issue. This is the second time U-Haul has done this to me within the last 9 days at this location. The car was rushed clean, so it wasn't that clean at all. I talked with a Uhaul rep on the phone and he told me a different price than the one this location gave me. Plus there was a man there that kept acting clueless. I also dislike that the Uhaul doesn't come with a full tank of gas.Ashley M.

It was difficult to pick up as the lot was very small and tightly packed with trucks. Pickup by app tool way lomder than if I had just talked to the 1 guy working. Though the 1 guy was very courteous, helpful, and great. I would only recommend this location if it were the closest and if others were out of rentals.Leslie Y.

I scheduled the pick up online and arrived to the location same day. I rented the 6'x12' trailer and it was ready to go upon my arrival. The front desk representative was professional and brief, as I was in hurry to get out. The gentleman that hooked up the trailer to my truck was quick and pointed out safety features built into the trailer. The trip with the trailer was smooth and had no problems. Transporting goods was easy and the roll down door is easy to operate. Upon my return, I was greeted by two gentlemen outside who were ready to unhook the travel trailer. It was done quick and my transaction was finalized right on the spot. On the second day of my rental, I realized I was going to need to extend my reservation. I called the office first thing in the morning and I was able to extend the reservation by one more day. It was easy contingent on the premise that my rental trailer was available for another day, and not reserved by someone else. This process was easy. Overall, the experience was excellent. Staff on-site was super friendly! He had our Uhaul already pulled out in front and helped with the return. There is minimal parking, you will probably have to walk a block. This was no problem for us but could be a deterrent for others.Morgen R.

The service was okay when we picked it up and they told us to fuel up the tank to get credit, we did that! When we returned the truck the office was closed we stood there for 1 hour to do online process but it wasn't working!
