During the move, I received a text from U-Haul saying the drop-off location had changed. I had to drive another 15 miles and then this location charged me extra mileage! I did get a refund from the U-Haul repo over the phone.

DAVID HI have rented a motorcycle trailer from Mister Kwiks several times. The trailer worked out great, the service, and explanations, for my questions were excellent as well.

Charlotte WI experienced some lag with the app while picking up the truck, but thankfully, Ken was there to help! He stayed after closing to ensure everything was sorted out and even gave me helpful tips on using and driving the 10-foot truck. I highly recommend this place!

They did not have Sunday hours listed, but the EXTREMELY RUDE customer service rep I had the displeasure to speak with on Friday indicated they had hours on Sunday from 10 am-2 pm. If they could work to improve the wi-fi signal in the yard, that would be helpful. I had to walk around to find a signal to complete the truck check out process.

THOMAS PThe app did not work for rental pickup, which was very frustrating. We had to wait for this location to open to pickup the truck. Need an improvement with the app or a 24 hour support to help in these cases.

Christine HSmooth process, friendly and helpful in hookup to my vehicle. Suggest rental time starts when leaving lot and ends when returning to lot not when starting sign in process. In my case I just left early the next morning to ensure I would return within the 24 hour rental time. Would use this location again if/when needed.
