I don’t know anything for improvement
Ben TThey had no phone number and had no idea I was coming. They did text my drivers license to U-Haul and we got it done. It was a 12 x 6 trailer that I had to lift onto my car myself (I'm 62 years old). Nobody to help. The guy behind the counter was manning a store so he couldn't leave his post. He helped as best as he could.

Doyal BThe only thing I dislike about the service. I thought when I made a online purchase for a truck. I thought it was a $50 and y'all charge me a $100 for 6 hours. I'm very disappointed with the purchase.
Terrance SThey didn't help with unhooking the trailer. Went in the store and they told me literally to drive around back and drop it off. This was the whole interaction. No help at all. I unhooked and lifted it off the truck hitch with no one in sight. WTH!!! Customer service sucked. I will never recommend this place.
Jonan FThe area around the drop off zone was trashed. Garbage was strewn about. The pavement in the parking lot was very cracked and not well maintained at all. The worker inside the gas station was friendly and helpful.

Doyal BApp was difficult to use as there was a technical issue. Person inside said that we had to use it and that was extent of his assistance. It is a gas station and you are dropping off around back so not really inviting but I knew going in where I was dropping off so not an issue. If someone needed a place in the area to drop off, then this is the closest for where we live.

Rick DThere was no instructions on how to drip off the trailer when I picked it up and I was told to drop it off at the wrong location. Not Impressed! Very Poor Drop Off Instructions!
dale cUse on-shore, English as a first language reservation service. Reservation was made for one location and you changed it to another city without my approval adding time and mileage. Then refused to change it from an in-town to a one-way rental. Your customer service hung up on me and was completely inflexible. Will not use U-Haul again unless it's my last option.
Bruce CWas accused of not returning equipment even though it was brought back a day early. Several calls back and forth and finally got the receipt.
RON MI rented a 20 ft truck and when I arrived to pick it up, it had a trailer attached and the attendant couldn't disconnect the trailer. Ensure your site personnel know what equipment is required and ensure it is ready for issue.

Karen MI called 17 times to check my pickup time location and phone number to location. I was offered a $122 discount to bring a pull behind trailer back to Florida. The pickup location was a very bad joke. No help at all. I did not get the discount I was promised and was delayed by the stupidity of clerk… who made it very clear… very loudly that he was as not doing one thing to help except hand me a key…. After about 12 more calls in a county with no internet connection or call range…. I was able to finally get a key along with a very bad headache and stressed to the maximum! I'm not happy about it at all as I had hip replacement surgery and need the other hip replaced soon!!!!! And of course I can't talk to a manager or complain to a person so AGAIN I DID NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!!! I paid to much money on a fixed income to be treated like this!

WILLIAM HThe truck was nasty. It had food behind the drivers seat…chips spilled in floor and a bag with rotten bananas in it. The cigarette smell was very strong. Documents from the previous renter was still on the dash so I know it was not cleaned, sanitized or checked before I rented it. The pick up location apparently doesn't like dealing with uhaul customers and it shows I how they react to you when you tell them your there to pick up a uhaul. I do everything on my mobile app to avoid the hassle inside the store as much as possible.
MARY MHe was very curious friendly and patient with me while I tried to sort things out. He treated me like a person.
William FGas station is older and needs some updates to make it more inviting specially in back.

Robin WIt took an hour for the personnel to find out how much it would cost for us to drop it there. The attendant was very nice and helpful. It was not her fault that she was having a hard time getting info from UHaul. I was charged for 2 extra days when, in fact, it was only 1 day late and, if we had not been broken down twice, we would have been able to finish much sooner so that it would have been back much earlier in the day. Thank you ever so much for your time and consideration in this matter.
