the phone app the person had to deal with isn't very user friendly so it took a while; it's not his fault but you should try to improve and simplify the phone app you have vendors use. But the staff here was very friendly and helpful.

The truck was not clean The truck had less than a half gallon of gas which lead me to fill up at their gas station which was the highest price around. Also I was billed for more miles than I traveled because the system said that is how far away my destination was. I tried to correct it when picking up and dropping off but it was ignored

I was over charged for mileage and oil at this place! Reached out to them through email, nothing fixed! highly not recommended!!!

The was no moving dolly as promised. The representative couldn't find the keys. When I returned the truck I was told He was too busy to check out the vehicle and had no receipt. The truck itself was excellent and very easy to drive. The phone reps x3 were excellent and apologetic. I will always use U-Haul but never that Ridge Mobil station. Margaret McVey

There needs to be a manager who can assist on site during operating hours. To show up at 8:30 and try to get the vehicle and have to wait for the phone tag is frustrating. Other then that the experience was good
