While the owner is super responsive and extremely helpful, i did feel unsafe at this location due to a homeless person accosting me and my wife while attempting to check out the vehicle. Fortunately the owner was nearby and came to assist with process and ran the homeless guy off.William E.

Parking is tight for the biggest size truck and helos to know to back in rather than front first however the contact and support from the site manager was excellent even when the mobile app failed to accept any pictures. He responded even late at night and got it resolved so I would say excellent customer service.Christopher B.
I was charged by Uhaul for the moving pads that I did not use. I texted that info to Mobile City Uhaul but I was charged for the moving pads anyway. I still have the photos I took of the seals in place. Also, the Uhaul app sucks and did not work properly. Not the fault of Mobile City Uhaul but Uhaul in general.Patrick D.

Picking up was easy once I figured out how to get into my account on the app. The app was not user friendly to get started! Once you were in the actual "pick up truck" function, then it was fine.Liesel U.
I've had two charges on my card from y'all, and both are more than the amount on my receiptJonathan C.
They told me 19,99 dollars per day plus 79 sents per mile. I had it for less than 2 hrs and I may have driven it for 6 miles. Gas was close to 1/4 and he told me on the phone I should not be worried about it. I returned 2 hrs later they charged almost 52 dollars. That is indeed fraud and I will never rent a truck from you Mansour ZadehMansour Z.
The Uhaul website could not complete the transaction or pinpoint my location. Once I downloaded the app it worked fine. Not sure why it won't work without the app.Freddy V.

The truck was great!!! The app was not working at first but then came around so that was frustrating. The locks where the keys are kept need some WD-40. My wife couldn't get the lock open and I struggled to open it. I had to bang on it a little to wiggle it open. The largest truck scrapes when trying to mark it. Also it sounded like the differential was scraping on the gravel when I first started the truck. It would be helpful if there were some mirrors around the back part of the building. It was difficult to turn the truck around for the next customer.Juan Q.

They moved our pick up location 4 times. First Spring Branch, then Boerne, then Bulverde then a 2 hour drive to The west side of San Antonio. I had to take off work early. I work in Marion which is east. The truck has a huge oil leak, the pick up was in a very bad part of town. They were supposed to be open when I got there but there wasn't even an office. They didn't connect this transaction to my account, I have rented several Uhauls. So I had to call several times and wait on hold just to get through the process. Because of all this, it made us late loading with our paid movers so we had to pay them extra for being there longer. For all the issues and several hours spent trying to get a truck, not sure that we will ever use Uhaul again.Michelle H.

This location was supposed to stay open until 5 pm which it did not. I used the 24 hour drop off process which is very time consuming. The mileage on my contract seemed to be way off and I had nobody to work through it with me.THOMAS C.
It's a well located, dirty/muddy place, with non existent onsite customer service, with hard to park spaces (if you're not careful the truck may end down canal the equipment is parked on). Be ready to load your own dolly and blankets into truck. They do send a text saying that there's nobody there and that you must use the app to get what you need. (good communication).Luis R L.
Roger, who helped me with picking up my truck, was really nice and very helpful. He was super professional as he walked me thru the virtual pick-up process. he made everything go smoothly by telling me exactly where my truck was parked and answering all of my questions. I returned the vehicle in the evening and there were no enough lights to make everything visible at the location's parking lot. Also, due to the darkness of the location, a homeless was wandering around the location and threatened me. It went safely and was not a good return experience.Mohsen A.

Overall fine. The check in process takes to long. I like it better when someone is there to meeti and walk the vehicle. I also think the trucks should always be on full. I had to get gas as soon as I left. Its easier just to fill it up. ThanksRichard D.

My personal car was towed after leaving with the UHaul as I had nowhere to park my own car. What rating should I give you when I had to pay $220 to get the car? What is the point to have 6 parking spots available there if no one can park while renting your trucks. Not cool.Petrica B.

Someone named Roger called and left text messages to inform me that I should not leave my car at the pickup location or it would be towed. I appreciate his efforts to contact me. My calls are silenced if the caller is not in my contacts. I did park my car there for 3 hours and it didn't get towed, fortunately. We had to pickup from contactless location, so everything online or chat, frustrating! Our truck wasn't staged with equiptment that we requested. The money was returned but that's not the point. We made it give or take 2 hours from our destination when finding out the truck had a power steering leak. So that went undetected by mechanic of trucks. Couldhave been much worse outcome for my husband driving with our 11 yo son.CRYSTAL G.

The physical location/address is fine. However, I wasn't able to leave my car, so I had to ask my movers for a ride to the location (which cut into the time I was paying them for). Also, the vehicles are in some really high grass near a ditch with mud so it was difficult to locate my vehicle (near the end of the row).Lindsay F.

The UHAUL rep, Roger, was extremely rude to me when I was finally able to get a hold of him on a mistake made by him. He ended up hanging up on me in the middle of my inquiry and left me cold. I highly recommend you STAY AWAY from the location.Bryan W.

This place was a rat hole. You should abandon this location. The trucks were parked immediately in front of huge ant beds, so there was no way to inspect the front of the vehicle. Very little paving, mostly mud surrounding the entire area. Several homeless people foraging thru the trash that had collected around the area.David C.
It was trouble if getting into the truck took me an hour being on hold my reservation wasn't pulling up and the fuel level was lower when I got into the truck the dolly's i paid for only one was thereHaakon W.
The cargo van was not what I ordered. It lacked the high ceiling that the picture showed on the website. This presented some unexpected problem loading the van. Some kind of disclaimer should be made clear that the pictures may not represent what is actually available. The inside of the van was clean and everything worked, however, the outside of the vehicle had not been washed in awhile. The windows and mirrors were dirty and the visibility was not ideal.Greg F.
