I have bring from you all three times in a month I have I have I've had excellent service the people were nice the equipment was nice and run great two trucks I would prefer my friends and people I didn't even know off the street if they wanted to rent good equipment cheap U-Hauls the way to go so far I love y'all service the equipment is Queen and ready to go and I want to say thanks happy holidays and keep up the good work U-Haul is the way to go and yes I would refer you to France poor people off the street

I was charged $61.76 for this rental and used it l less than 2 hours. round trip was 23 miles in town. It clearly says $19.95. I was charged for gas that I also put back in the vehicle and it was more than what was in it when I rented it. When I returned this U-Haul the guy tried to charge me $94 dollars and some change and he already charged my card once for $35.00 and some change. Very disappointed and angry at this point. Will not use this location again.

I dropped a Uhaul here last month and the attendant said I did not put gas back in the Uhaul and tried to charge me $70 (Uhaul promptly refunded). This time they got the trucks mixed up (Uhaul promptly fixed - as in when I called I did not even have to wait for an operator). Monoprix did not even have a lock on the key box - lucky the truck was only switched and not gone because it was stolen. Surprised Uhaul allows this place to be a dealer.

Lied to and Stolen from. As if someone robbed me in an alley. Dropped the truck with more fuel then when I left. The fuel gauge confirmed. Operator of this MonoPrix Food Mart - Mr. Yakam charged me $70 to put more fuel in the truck. When I went to speak to him he lied to my face and said the truck was on empty. Really surprised Uhaul would have this quality people. I hope they will watch this guy as I am sure he will continue with this behavior. I love Uhaul but these dealers may be the end of my relationship with Uhaul.

It is so upsetting to get ripped off and lied to. I dropped a truck at this location and he said I did not leave enough fuel in it. He charged me $70 and lied to me when I know it had more fuel in it then when I rented.

The interior of the truck was filthy. When I questioned the attendant he said he knew.. Next it was not explained the drop off procedures.. After the key was in the drop-off box it said to go online to return truck and that's when I discovered that I was supposed to take pictures but the truck was already locked and the keys were in the drop-off box..

Have more than one person there to run the gas station and Uhaul business. I arrived on time but had to wait for other customers and then they tried to charge me for another day because I had to wait.

The onsite sales rep did a great job. The truck was not back so he rented me a trailer and we used my friend's truck. The national sale rep gave me a military discount. I should have called the return location prior to leaving my destination. The facility was closed when we arrived so we had to find an 'open' UHaul lot for drop off.

The location was the third option beyond the original reservation. Keeping in mind that the reservation was scheduled well in advance, the issue of locations being posted as open but in fact were not and that the actual location we received the truck from didn't have all the equipment we requested (a utility dolly) made our moving day more difficult. But this location did have the truck we needed and was opened when we needed it to be where other locations weren't.

I highly recommend that you stop allowing them to represent Uhaul. Uhaul has always stood by their name, products and most of all their customers. The place where I picked up/dropped off is despicable. The man was not only rude he was disrepectable and lied to me more than once. I am completely appalled by the charges that have been sent to me. Everytime I turn around the price changes 1st it was suppose to be $ 79.00 plus mileage. 2nd $255.00 when I turned the truck in and disputed the charges with Uhaul during my check out. 3rd I have an email/statement with $313.00 ... I'm in shock and honestly don't know if I will ever use Uhaul again. I feel like I have been completely taken advantage of and ripped off and for that to happen during one of the most important stressful things we go through is overwhelming and disgraceful. My heart is broken... Because of this I am starting out in my new home in debt and the man who is representing Uhaul is responsible for this. You may also want to send someone to inspect your trucks that he has because the one I got was awful and when I let him know he basically blew me off which I also mentioned in my checkout. Please reconsider these charges. I would not have had the truck as long as I did if he hadn't lied and said I wouldn't be charged for bringing it a couple hours late. Then he charged me for another day because I was 15 minutes late and called him in advance and again he was very rude. I only needed the truck for 2 days. Sincerely Disappointed, Deborah Stephens

Truck needed repairs. Had lack of pulling power, constant loose steering and used $125.00 too much gas. I will NEVER rent from the dealer on Airport Rd again ! He could not speak English & definitely did not care about the customer !!!!!

The phone reservation was easily made on Saturday & then When it was time to pick up on Sunday I called the same phone # I used Saturday & was told to go to a different address to pickup by 2 pm Sunday. When I got to that specific address I was told I was at the wrong address & I was given a new address for pickup, then had to wait till 3 pm Not too happy about that. Seems like there's a customer service learning opportunity for the booking agent! After that it was smoother & I'm very happy with the affordability & courtesy of the attendant at the food mart.

Very convenient that they stay open until 10 PM. The only negative is that there's usually only one Clerk trying to do other sales and Uhaul the computer that they use is extremely slow.

Worst rental experience ever!! Equipment was not in working order. A known problem that has been documented for months and still not fixed. Manager not helpful and does not maintain proper safety standards on his rental equipment. Stay away from this rental facility/gas station!!
