It's not their fault. It's a convenience store and the man was helpful, but I would have to wait for regular customers. As a side note, if uhaul had adapters for pickup to 4 wire lights for sale for example, it might be a money maker for uhaul and a nice touch for customers.Ed A.

I did not appreciate my location being changed. I picked my original location purposely with a month advance reservation. Having to drive an additional 30 further down the road almost made me miss my pick up time. Further, I choose a UHaul company location for the professionalism and safety of location. The neighborhood gas station was difficult, not an area if town I would have picked up from. and being a gas station the priority of the "attendant " was to the gas and convenience store customers. The excuse of not having the truck at a UHAUL store is unacceptable, the trucks have WHEELS and could have been moved to that location. I made the reservation well in advance to accommodate the movement of inventory.Katherine S.
The man was very rude and dismissive. He gave me 1 total at pick up and charged my card something different, a higher amount. When I asked why he said "probably a deposit or something". Mind you I rented the same thing and time frame with the same size truck the day before and the total given was the same and no deposit was charged and I paid the same way... I was made to return the truck almost an hour early due to him deciding to close at at 8pm instead of 10pm as his door stated. I was sent a text saying if it was not returned by 7:30/8pm for check in and I returned it at 8:30pm which was my turn in time that I would be charged a 20 processing fee for him to turn it in the next morning.. So I didn't get my 4 hours and got nothing but rude and hateful attitude from the jerk I rented it from.Jennifer B.

Much prefer Pike Auto. Tom makes sure the trucks are clean, prepped and ready to go. The location I rented from today didn't have the truck prepped, I had to put my own rental blankets in the truck, the dealer gave me the wrong key to the truck so I spent time trying to get the door open with the wrong keys, and when I tried to document previous damage the link in the contract went to a dead Uhaul page (the dead page and bad link is probably corporate's fault). The truck had 133K miles with an exhaust leak and catalytic rattle that made me think the truck had been high centered and pulled off doing damage. The truck had restricted power due to the damage. To top it off, during this rental, Uhaul called to ask if I return a trailer that I rented for 4 hours, was billed for the day of rental and their system still showed as out.david F.
Most individual UHaul facilities are not clearly marked, inside or outside. It is difficult to identify when they are mixed in with other businesses. So I would like to see you start there.Anna C.

Online reservation was for 24/7 pickup. The reservation website allowed me to make the reservation and sent me a confirmation. However, this location doesn't do the mobile pickup. I was supposed to pick it up at 7 am. A wonderfully nice person in the Griffin regional office helped me with a new pick up time of 9:15. She confirmed with the manager that he would be there. This was not the location we originally reserved from. We made our reservation at a place that had the $50 guarantee that they would have our truck in that spot. Instead we were given a different truck in a different spot without being asked if that worked for us. And of course, when I mentioned the $50 guarantee to 3 customer support agents they brushed it off and moved on to my next question.JACOB M.

I was charged $61,76 for this rental and used it l less than 2 hours. round trip was 23 miles in town. It clearly says $19.95. I was charged for gas that I also put back in the vehicle and it was more than what was in it when I rented it. When I returned this U-Haul the guy tried to charge me $94 dollars and some change and he already charged my card once for $35 and some change. Very disappointed and angry at this point. I dropped a Uhaul here last month and the attendant said I did not put gas back in the Uhaul and tried to charge me $70 (Uhaul promptly refunded). This time they got the trucks mixed up (Uhaul promptly fixed - as in when I called I did not even have to wait for an operator). Monoprix did not even have a lock on the key box - lucky the truck was only switched and not gone because it was stolen. Surprised Uhaul allows this place to be a dealer.William H.

Lied to and Stolen from. As if someone robbed me in an alley. Dropped the truck with more fuel then when I left. The fuel gauge confirmed. Operator of this MonoPrix Food Mart - Mr. Yakam charged me $70 to put more fuel in the truck. When I went to speak to him he lied to my face and said the truck was on empty. Really surprised Uhaul would have this quality people. I hope they will watch this guy as I am sure he will continue with this behavior. I love Uhaul but these dealers may be the end of my relationship with Uhaul.WILLIAM H.

The interior of the truck was filthy. When I questioned the attendant he said he knew.. Next it was not explained the drop off procedures.. After the key was in the drop-off box it said to go online to return truck and that's when I discovered that I was supposed to take pictures but the truck was already locked and the keys were in the drop-off box..David P.

The location was the third option beyond the original reservation. Keeping in mind that the reservation was scheduled well in advance, the issue of locations being posted as open but in fact were not and that the actual location we received the truck from didn't have all the equipment we requested (a utility dolly) made our moving day more difficult. But this location did have the truck we needed and was opened when we needed it to be where other locations weren't.Matthew D.
I highly recommend that you stop allowing them to represent Uhaul. Uhaul has always stood by their name, products and most of all their customers. The place where I picked up/dropped off is despicable. The man was not only rude he was disrepectable and lied to me more than once. I am completely appalled by the charges that have been sent to me. Everytime I turn around the price changes 1st it was suppose to be $ 79 plus mileage. 2nd $255 when I turned the truck in and disputed the charges with Uhaul during my check out. 3rd I have an email/statement with $313 ... I'm in shock and honestly don't know if I will ever use Uhaul again. I feel like I have been completely taken advantage of and ripped off and for that to happen during one of the most important stressful things we go through is overwhelming and disgraceful. My heart is broken... Because of this I am starting out in my new home in debt and the man who is representing Uhaul is responsible for this. You may also want to send someone to inspect your trucks that he has because the one I got was awful and when I let him know he basically blew me off which I also mentioned in my checkout. Please reconsider these charges. I would not have had the truck as long as I did if he hadn't lied and said I wouldn't be charged for bringing it a couple hours late. Then he charged me for another day because I was 15 minutes late and called him in advance and again he was very rude. I only needed the truck for 2 days.
