We did an after-hours drop-off. The APP walked us through all the steps needed to do to return the truck.

The cargo door open light stayed on on the van the whole trip. Showed air was needed in the back tires but when checked pressure was ok.

This location was at a gas station which was convenient but the employee asked for the keys and said bye. I was confused as he didn't check the vehicle for damage, mileage or verify that the gas had returned to the correct level. I asked for a receipt and he said he'd send it later. There were no other customers in the store at this time so I asked for the receipt before I left.

Over charging me. Charging Extra day I did not have the truck. Can not get anyone to contact me back after multiple emails and disputes online and over the phone. Tried to charge me extra upfront. When I had to keep truck extra day due to an emergency but contacted uhaul.. this store threatened to call and report truck stolen. And then when I returned it.. tried to say I never paid anything upfront and trying to charge me extra 100 bucks more than what I owe for extra time I had to keep truck. No one will fix this and keep trying to charge my card.

The truck was missing the driver's side visor, which needed to be reattached (it was lying on the dashboard). The driver's seat back adjustor lever was broken, so the seat was very straight up and uncomfortable. Otherwise, the truck was in good shape.

The prices are absolutely ridiculous!!! Costed me about 20 dollars for a 15 foot uhaul. I won't went directly thru your company any more . It's cheaper going thru a second or third party.

The person that waited on me tried to charge me over $400 dollars before insurance and tax and fees. Called UHAUL and the lady with UHAUL was very helpful and spoke directly with the man at the gas station that I picked the UHAUL up at. I would never refer anyone to pick a UHAUL up at that location.

It's not their fault. It's a convenience store and the man was helpful, but I would have to wait for regular customers. As a side note, if uhaul had adapters for pickup to 4 wire lights for sale for example, it might be a money maker for uhaul and a nice touch for customers.

Gas station with great hours so very good location for drop off.

The guy was rude. Wanted more gas that was in the truck. He said it should be a certain amount in the tank but it was more. We put the gas hand back where it was. He wanted 20 than 30 more in the tank.

I did not appreciate my location being changed. I picked my original location purposely with a month advance reservation. Having to drive an additional 30 further down the road almost made me miss my pick up time. Further, I choose a UHaul company location for the professionalism and safety of location. The neighborhood gas station was difficult, not an area if town I would have picked up from. and being a gas station the priority of the "attendant " was to the gas and convenience store customers. The excuse of not having the truck at a UHAUL store is unacceptable, the trucks have WHEELS and could have been moved to that location. I made the reservation well in advance to accommodate the movement of inventory.

The man was very rude and dismissive. He gave me 1 total at pick up and charged my card something different, a higher amount. When I asked why he said "probably a deposit or something". Mind you I rented the same thing and time frame with the same size truck the day before and the total given was the same and no deposit was charged and I paid the same way... I was made to return the truck almost an hour early due to him deciding to close at at 8pm instead of 10pm as his door stated. I was sent a text saying if it was not returned by 7:30/8pm for check in and I returned it at 8:30pm which was my turn in time that I would be charged a 20 processing fee for him to turn it in the next morning.. So I didn't get my 4 hours and got nothing but rude and hateful attitude from the jerk I rented it from.

Much prefer Pike Auto. Tom makes sure the trucks are clean, prepped and ready to go. The location I rented from today didn't have the truck prepped, I had to put my own rental blankets in the truck, the dealer gave me the wrong key to the truck so I spent time trying to get the door open with the wrong keys, and when I tried to document previous damage the link in the contract went to a dead Uhaul page (the dead page and bad link is probably corporate's fault). The truck had 133K miles with an exhaust leak and catalytic rattle that made me think the truck had been high centered and pulled off doing damage. The truck had restricted power due to the damage. To top it off, during this rental, Uhaul called to ask if I return a trailer that I rented for 4 hours, was billed for the day of rental and their system still showed as out.

Most individual UHaul facilities are not clearly marked, inside or outside. It is difficult to identify when they are mixed in with other businesses. So I would like to see you start there.

Online reservation was for 24/7 pickup. The reservation website allowed me to make the reservation and sent me a confirmation. However, this location doesn't do the mobile pickup. I was supposed to pick it up at 7 am. A wonderfully nice person in the Griffin regional office helped me with a new pick up time of 9:15. She confirmed with the manager that he would be there. He showed up at 10 and was rude.

This was not the location we originally reserved from. We made our reservation at a place that had the $50 guarantee that they would have our truck in that spot. Instead we were given a different truck in a different spot without being asked if that worked for us. And of course, when I mentioned the $50 guarantee to 3 customer support agents they brushed it off and moved on to my next question.

I went to one location and they didn't have what I needed, but reserved the correct equipment at this location. Excellent service à la clientèle. Outstanding team work.

I have bring from you all three times in a month I have I have I've had excellent service the people were nice the equipment was nice and run great two trucks I would prefer my friends and people I didn't even know off the street if they wanted to rent good equipment cheap U-Hauls the way to go so far I love y'all service the equipment is Queen and ready to go and I want to say thanks happy holidays and keep up the good work U-Haul is the way to go and yes I would refer you to France poor people off the street

I was charged $61,76 for this rental and used it l less than 2 hours. round trip was 23 miles in town. It clearly says $19.95. I was charged for gas that I also put back in the vehicle and it was more than what was in it when I rented it. When I returned this U-Haul the guy tried to charge me $94 dollars and some change and he already charged my card once for $35 and some change. Very disappointed and angry at this point. Will not use this location again.

Be there when you have a customer waiting. My pickup was at 10am. Nobody was there until 11:30. Horrible service. I will never rent from that location again.

I dropped a Uhaul here last month and the attendant said I did not put gas back in the Uhaul and tried to charge me $70 (Uhaul promptly refunded). This time they got the trucks mixed up (Uhaul promptly fixed - as in when I called I did not even have to wait for an operator). Monoprix did not even have a lock on the key box - lucky the truck was only switched and not gone because it was stolen. Surprised Uhaul allows this place to be a dealer.

Lied to and Stolen from. As if someone robbed me in an alley. Dropped the truck with more fuel then when I left. The fuel gauge confirmed. Operator of this MonoPrix Food Mart - Mr. Yakam charged me $70 to put more fuel in the truck. When I went to speak to him he lied to my face and said the truck was on empty. Really surprised Uhaul would have this quality people. I hope they will watch this guy as I am sure he will continue with this behavior. I love Uhaul but these dealers may be the end of my relationship with Uhaul.

It is so upsetting to get ripped off and lied to. I dropped a truck at this location and he said I did not leave enough fuel in it. He charged me $70 and lied to me when I know it had more fuel in it then when I rented.

With the pandemic we are having, I selected to pick up with the app/phone. I still had to go in the store to get the key. I thought I was getting no contact service.
