I'm very glad that this service was available in such a way where you can pick up and drop off your U-Haul after hours of operation. It took almost an hour just to get set up and leave with the u-haul, technical issues from the app. I had a long quick move so I forgot to refuel when dropping off, the refueling charge was extremely Fair I was more than happy to pay that refueling charge.
