Let customers know (I couldn't find it in the user manual under starting vehicle or keys) that if the vehicle key won't turn in ignition, to wiggle steering wheel while turning key. This happened to us. Rental location wasn't open so we called another location where they fortunately knew the trick. Otherwise, vehicle was clean & ran well. We did not like the brake pedal, which is a bit difficult to use & hard on the calf muscles. But that is an issue for Ford.

Rented utility trailer for the weekend. Trailer was in good condition. The front desk person was very helpful in setting up the trailer and providing guidance for using the trailer. Plus you can pick up awesome pizza with the trailer. The place looks rundown but the customer service is excellent. And is in a very good location.

Rented a 4x8 trailer to be pulled by a Hyundai Sonata. This trailer pulled nicely for 3 200 miles, GA to WA. Not a bad price.

The online verification needs to be opened up outside of pickup time. Nobody wants to be called at crazy times of day like early in the morning to verify the driver. Otherwise great experience.
