Darin CThis rental was a very short notice need that developed for us while driving into Florida. Mr. Ray, the owner/manager, was very prompt in responding to our call and had the trailer ready when we arrived. Despite the rough area all his rolling stock looked in good shape and the trailer we were issued drug just fine. He was very kind and prompt in processing the rental and I am happy we stumbled upon his location.
James FWorse service ever. Required to drive 18 miles out of my way. When I arrived no one present. It is a empty field. I received a text 5 minutes after I arrived to go to a new turn in place. 18 miles away in the city I had just left. Now I'm billed for 17 miles over. Wtf I will do my best to ensure uhaul receives the attention for poor service, not providing equipment rented. And over estimated gas on board.

Dawn GThis was the worst U-Haul location I've ever seen. The lot is a grass field in the middle of a rundown neighborhood. There was no one on site to help. The listed phone number was disconnected. The contactless rental return that should be quick and easy took over 2 hours. This place is a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else.
DAVID DVery convenient in regards to business hours, able.to.drop off and pockun.and very late hours and weekend hours are not limited like the other locations. We'll rent from again.
Dwain WLocation is remote and difficult to navigate. Owner was having a very stressful day with breakdowns and computer problems but did his best to get us on our way.

HARRY HThe location is in the middle of nowhere out of someone's house. It is not someplace that I would send anyone by themselves. The representative hooked up the trailer and pulled it onto the main road and then left the property. We had to watch YouTube videos to figure out how to get my vehicle onto the trailer and secure it, We found out halfway on our trip home that it in fact wasn't secured properly so we had to stop and re-do it. I would have appreciated more guidance from the representative.
Elizabeth LMy Tallahassee reservation for a 5 x 8 trailer made almost 3 weeks prior with online sign in with drivers license registration was given to somebody else; no trailer available anywhere in Tallahassee, was told that a 5x8 trailer was available in Greenville 40 miles each away. Drove over 80 miles to pick up my reserved Trailer. Horrible experience as I was not notified my reservation had been cancelled.

PATRICIA WThis place was absolutely unreal-like something out of a movie. We picked the truck up on a 24/7 deal as there is only one person managing the "office," and he couldn't be there. Office was a gross single wide trailer that looked like a tornado had been through it. There was a large moldy mattress in the entrance, dirt and junk everywhere. The key drop off box was infested with active wasp nests. This location wasn't our choice. Uhaul made us drive 40 miles away from our pickup choice with only 24 hours notice. This whole thing was terrible!

Eric LIf I had known how this place looked I would have never gone there to rent anything. My wife was scared to get out and go in. It was dark, dirty and down right freaky. The owner was nice but that is the only good thing about the place.
Joe AThe folks were flexible and helpful and the equipment was good. They don't have pads or other stuff, which worked out OK. Someone left the windows open on the truck and there were literal pools of water in the pull handle wells of both doors.
Mike Mthe pickup location was in a trailer, in the back of the woods. It was absolutely disgustingly dirty.
JOHN ZThe location I picked up the truck from was filthy. It was a mans dilapidated house that should have been condemned. It was absolutely filthy. I had to go inside to do paperwork. Unfortunately, his computer didn't work. I spent over an hour at this location waiting for him to figure out a way to do the paperwork. He hand wrote it. His house was filled with smoke and smelled like cat urine. It was incredibly unnerving and I did not feel comfortable at all. I was about 5 seconds away from leaving without the trailer, but there was no other place around there where i could get the trailer. I would like a refund for this rental.
