The truck was ready to go when we arrived. The owner of Moon Tire/Auto Service was very helpful when I was having a problem opening the lock on the truck to get the key. He opened the lock for me quickly and was a nice guy. He was also very helpful when I returned the truck as I was having problems returning the truck through the Uhaul App. He returned the truck quickly through his app and provided great service. The area is a bit sketchy, but nothing horrible.

This place is so unprofessional, no one was even there when they were supposed to open. Didn't get started on our rental until about 20 min after and then the guy had an attitude and kept stopping our processing to talk to the garage employees instead of telling them to wait a few minutes so we could get out of there. We questioned one thing as the gas was pretty low which i know the standard practice is just return it how you get it but there was barely any fuel in such a big truck. He was super rude to us and said he didnt have time to waste and not to get "out of pocket" etc and tried to be a jerk until i reminded him he already wasted nearly 30 min of our time after we were already supposed to have the truck. Once we finally got the truck he backed it up halfway through the parking lot and left it there with us to back it up blind, luckily my partner has a cdl license, anyone else would have needed more assistance. Trash all around, don't give them your business.

The mobile app is horrible! I read the instruction and watched the video a couple times. I tested it before going the night before since the office is closed until 9AM. When I got to the location the app would not recognize my location. I could not get the code to get the key. Fortunately the store owner was at the office very early and did the transaction in person. U-Haul should really test their mobile app before releasing it.

This location is not a regular U-Haul facility. It is an auto repair/tire garage and the U-Haul trucks are few and not a lot of choices regarding size. But it was close to my home.

Customer service was great - Ali was professional yet personable, and clear with instructions. The van was clean except for a (used?) floss pick in the center console. Otherwise, zero issues. Would recommend.

Nothing My vehicle broke down while towing the uhaul and they came and got the uhaul ($75) took me to my house and helped me unload a recliner chair and 2 head boards

They went above and beyond, making sure that the truck was ready for me in the morning. They even called me the night before to let me know that I could come at an earlier time.

I requested and paid for a dolly, and there was no dolly. For the next customer, please include the items that they request and pay for.

Everything went very smoothly except for returning after hours. There was some confusion on my part, not Moon's, as to the process. A quick call to U-Haul and things were cleared up. Overall, renting from Moon's was a very positive experience.

This was a Hindi-speaking location and communication was a little challenging but everything went well. They were helpful. and were also located very close to my location. Not 50 miles away like the pickup.

The staff were nice and accommodating. But the truck had motor oiled spilled in the back, the tired pressure light was on when i recieved the truck, and the lock didn't work.

The equipment had worn tires, one specifically down to the wear bars, and was glad to have made the round trip without any major problems. The staff was amicable and helpful.

The gentleman at Moon who handled the transaction was excellent! 5/5, would definitely recommend. Smart, professional, and efficient. There's nothing to improve on regarding the truck, either. I've used U-Haul many times in the past, this was easily one of my best experiences with the company, ever. Keep up the good work! :)
