Melvin SSecond time returning a trailer to this location. It's never open, they don't answer their phone. I've had to call uhaul both times. I did the online self return both times. Building is full of debris in the windows. Never could find the entrance.

Aleem Unobody there had to call u haul to get someone there to hook up the trailer. I'm 82 and I can't pick up a trai;ler and put it on the hitch your trailer don't have jacks on them

SOE -I picked up through app. There were lock boxes there but no combo given during check in and no one there inside. Took 1,5 hours for someone at uhaul to get me the code. Truck tire light and tailgate light on the entire time. Also dirty inside

Dale MLocation is at a cabinet making shop and the place is locked. You have to know to go around the back and into the shop to contact someone. The phone always goes to a fax machine so it is nearlly impossible to contact the owner.

Dayton BThis doesn't reflect the location but the truck we drive from FL to NY had a severe air leak on the drivers door window that made a lot of noise throughout our trip. Also we received an offer to take a loaded trailer from FL to another location but this was sent two days after we had picked up the truck. We would have happily done that for the 350 offered but it wasn't very timely.
Kevin PI would ask them if they are closed to post something. I was told they'd be there till 5p and when we showed up at 415p... No one was there, no note, nothing.... Door was unlocked, but no one present.

gary bIt was easy to find and easy to drop off but no one was there at 1430 hours to even assist. I had no issues, but parking is tight tight. Other than that I didn't have any issues with the drop off location at all.

Nilda LThese people were very rude. And to add to that, I received an email saying my uhaul was not turned in on time. It was rented for four days and I turned it in the very next day after I rented it! Very unprofessional. Highly dissatisfied! :(
Sarah PI truly enjoyed my experience at this location. The personnel did an outstanding job with customer service. For the future, update tow dolly info with the auto specs of common vehicles.

wanda cOur truck and the only truck at this site had a dead battery in which it took 2 hours to fix. so it delayed us by 2 hours and then it died again at the house again and had to send a technician to give us a new battery. Then on the way home it blew a air conditioning hose in which we thought it was a radiator hose so it stranded us on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere for another hour until a family member came and met us to try to fix it. was very unhappy and disappointed with uhaul.
CYNTHIA OThe equipment that I rented was junk. The steering of the truck was loose and hard to hold on the road empty or loaded. I am a professional truck driver of 15+ yrs. I have never driven a truck that has as many issues as this one. It took 3 hrs to make an hour long trip. At 40 mph, this truck would not drive straight. Constantly swaying and pulling all directions.
