Could not pick up my rental because Uhaul website was down. Had to hold on the phone with customer service for 30 minutes. Was still charged for full 4 hours even though it was almost 1hour before the website was working again.

Waste of time and preparation. Website training needed for staff when new user interfaces are updated.

WILLIAM D.The owner tried to say I stole a dolly when in actuality I selected to have a dolly and for some reason or another it didn't get placed on my contract. I did not find out until trying to drop off the equipment. I would never steal and never have so I was heavily offended. I knew his fat ass was racist the minute I walked in and the look he gave me. It was clear at that point he's not too fond of blacks. Never again! Thankfully a very sweet lady at the drop off location got it taken care of and was able to rectify the issue. If you rent from This place be sure to bring a confederate flag. Maybe he will greet you accordingly.
