CORNEILIOUS YThe Moore's are so friendly and accommodating. I needed help getting in the truck and I use a rollator. Bob Moore helped me so much get in the vehicle and put my rollator in the cab for me! So very nice! The truck was very clean and drove great. Highly recommend this business and will definitely use it again. Thanks to the Moore's!

Taylor LThis was something like out of a horror movie in the 1950s. The place was dingy, dirty, full of rusty farm implements and other weird barn decorations. It smelled disgustingly like an ashtray and there were feral cats running everywhere.

Nidia GThe person who rented me the truck was very abrupt and asked way more questions than any rental service person has done any other time I have rented a truck. This was my third rental in a month and was my least favorite experience.
Amanda HEveryone at Moore Rental Service was very kind, personable, and extended genuine warmth. Moving is stressful enough, so picking up my Uhaul from such good people was nice. The process for checking in and out the equipment was prompt and easy.
EL CWe dropped off after hours and it was a very small parking lot, maybe enough for 3-4 trucks, with no markings to guide as to where to park for drop off. We had the largest truck and so we parked in the middle at an angle. Just as we were finishing up another small truck came and backed up to the wall of the next building just in front of our truck. There was room for 1 or 2 more. Nice to have a convenient location and after hours drop off, but markings or directions would be less stressfull after having to move.

Brian RTom, the person who received the vehicle, was inadequate. He was inexperienced in working the computer to check me in. He told me that I was charged $90 for Fuel and Mileage, because he printed and provided the previous rental receipt for another customer. I have no idea what I was charged for this rental. I am very dissatisfied .

INGRID OEquipment was good except I wanted the 6x12 trailer. It was pulled around with a flat. There was only one. Luckily they had a smaller trailer, so I asked to rent that instead. It worked for what I needed but I got a bit spooked at first with the flat tire. I was moving a heavy load. Thank you U-haul for providing good service to civilians and veterans!

INGRID OThe truck was considerably more jerky and shaky to drive than previous trucks from other locations. Provider also made a point of charging us over $11 extra because he claimed we were a millimetre off refilling the fuel tank. Whist the truck is advertised $39 for a day, its actually only $39 for 6 hours. Also by the time extra fees were added like the $14 for insurance (why would I want to rent a truck without insurance?) etc it was closer to $100, so advertised price was not a realistic representation. Honestly would consider a different provider next time after this experience.
