There was trash left in the truck and there were several dents in the vehicle. I was also not able to use the app to check in properly.

Dylan OVery unprofessional location. The person checking us in was not helpful or knowledgeable at how to complete the reservation. Reserved a trailer online for a one way trip, somehow this was changed when he was checking us in to a local rental. He never told us it was changed to a local rental so it was a huge headache To figure out when the mistake was caught later that night. Would absolutely not recommend this place/company if it can be avoided.

Logan JClean the truck. Inspect for proper alignment. Rough ride caused by front end issue which needs to be corrected
Brandon LTruck was 2 qts low on oil upon pickup. Steering wheel was not centered, so to drive straight, I had to hold the wheel awkwardly. Transmission didn't always engage overdrive correctly resulting in higher fuel consumption. Fuel gauge didn't go all the way to Full mark, even though gas pump at station would click off.

moorhead lTruck had soda containers inside cab, box was dirty. The check out took forever!!! They tried running my credit card over 10 times and kept getting system error messages. Then when a new customer would walk in they would put me to the side and help the new customer with their needs then come back to me. Finally they had me write them a check to cover the cost. When I returned the truck I received the email with total billing saying I would get a refund back for the mileage difference. But I paid with check. Highly unhappy with the very poor transaction. I rent several trucks a year and this was by far the absolute worst pick up and return ever!!
