The truck was ready when I arrived it wasn't a hassle to me besides the location pick up and drop off and the truck was different then I requested which wasn't a big deal although it disqualified me for the promotion for a free month of storage. Which aI was really needing. Overall it was good besides the month of storage i needed. Wasn't in the deal as i had hoped and planned for. But the facility's and the truck had no problems. And the customer service was excellent.

Gregory pWe dropped the truck on Sunday so no one was there, just like at pick up but it went smooth knowing at this point how to use the app.
Robin RUhaul never texted the info to access the code to check in as the business was closed. We waited over half an hour on hold to cutomer service to solve issue. When we finally got the code to access the keys, the uhaul battery was dead. Waited again for new code to get a different truck. That one started but it didn't have any of the dolly or supplies we ordered. This made for a stressful and difficult move. Horrible experience. Uhaul customer service was inadequate
