Very bad location, hard to find after dark, no lighted signage, vehicles parked in back of building with no parking lot lights, there are far more better places in Charlotte.

Bonnie BVerify that the zip tie is connected to the 2 wheel cart. I had my own but the zip tie was broken when I opened the rolling door. Also the upper area above the cab had a water leak and there was a lot of water up there because it was raining out. Some of my boxes got wet. There was also a check engine light on but I'm not sure if it was there when I first got into the truck. Also please advise customers to take a picture of the back of the truck before they leave the office, not message in a text. I didn't see the text until I was already loading. I did appreciate the truck being available because the movers I hired let me down big time.
Margaret DDerek came to my home and returned some cards to me that I had lost somehow. T is also very knowledgeable about vehicles. Both are very good to do business with and very honest. I highly recommend!
