Ronald QAlthough this was a rural location and Uhaul was just a part of the overall business the service was great. The gentleman ask one of his customers to wait and he went outside and helped me hook up the trailer and told me where to drop it off after business hours. In and out quickly. Was even offered a coffee that another employee was going to pick up. No matter where location is or how big it is it has always been a good experience for me.

MARK LThe online portion is a little unclear. My reserved equipment changed multiple times by itself from a 10ft truck to 26ft truck prior to the date of my reservation. Also, online it said I had to return the truck to the pickup location when I originally indicated I would be returning it at my destination. Staff was very helpful at this location.

GRANT DThe local dealer was phenomenal and very helpful. However the main U-Haul number kept disconnecting me when because they changed the location of where I was supposed to pick up which was further away which I never received a phone call to make for sure it was okay with me. The lady that contacted me for confirmation seemed in a hurry and wouldn't give me a chance to explain my problem. Also the woman that I placed my order with seemed to not listen to what I was asking about. I am not happy with the U-Haul company itself and I feel it should be compensated for all the issues that I had to deal with not to mention the stress it put on me because I had to call around two different locations to try to find something closer and it did not seem like there was any availabilities which made me feel like I couldn't rent a truck. The local dealer at Moscow Agway was so nice and very helpful to my situation I give him five stars! I am definitely NOT happy with U-Haul and probably won't use U-Haul again due to all the problems and stress that was unnecessary that the main company put me through!

Kathy Bfirst scheduled pickup at North Pocono Storage on route 435 Moscow,which was closer to my home.I was not happy with the change to Moscow Agway.
Ronald FMy original rental reservation for noon of 3/3/2020 at The Boat House in Pocono Lake, PA fell through hard...they were closed for the week (no call or notification whatsoever, even though I made the reservation two days in advance...I found out they were closed the day of the rental, when I drove the half hour to get to their location and tried to pick up my trailer), even though the reservation was still processed and accepted. This absolute failure on The Boat House's part left me in an EXTREMELY tough spot. The good folks at Agway in Moscow PA came through for me in the hardest of pinches, and provided me with the trailer I needed with only 15 minutes advance notice. Thanks to their amazing service, I will never go anywhere else for my local trailer rental needs. If there's an award for Best U-Haul rental service, Agway of Moscow deserves it!

David SI reserved the truck on the website more than a month ago. When I checked with the Hamlin EZ Body office they had no record of my reservation. When I showed them the reservation confirmation they told me to pick up the truck around 10 miles farther away from our residence. Neither the Hamlin office nor the Moscow office would accommodate me by bringing the truck to Hamlin as I had made the reservation.

cindy cI was a bit unhappy with the fact that I called UHAUL, directly, not even an hour after I picked up the truck and told them that, unfortunately what we were supposed to be using the rental truck and auto transport for, was not going to work out and that i was going to return the equipment within the hour. I was told that I wwould still get charged for an in town usage even though I drove the empty truck and trailer to the location I needed it at and did nothing with it and then drove it directly back which you can tell from the mileage, so I paid $110 dollars to drive an empty truck off the lot, do nothing with it, and return an empty truck to the same place when it was supposed to be returned in Philly.
Lauren SOffer unlimited mileage packages. I would rent more often if I were able to know my cost and not be overly concerned about how many miles I am driving.
