It was great to have a drop-off in this small town! I appreciate this convenience. If not I Would have had to drive back to Tuscaloosa or Columbus, Ms.

John MThe auto hauler trailer has a left fender that is supposed to drop down so one can open their car door to exit or enter the vehicle. Prior repairs to this trailer were improperly made and would not allow the fender to drop down as intended.

Clif DVan was dirty. Battery low. Hardly would start. Transmission was very very had shifting. Also had to travel additional 22 miles to pick up the truck. Reservation was for Carrollton, Al.

William DThe gentlemen at Moss are the BEST!!! They noticed a dangerously low tire and replaced it at a reasonable price and had us on our way with our UHaul in under an hour! Forever grateful!!!

Sameak LThe mileage out dis not match the mileage on my paper work. I would have to say even though it was a few miles different this should be the exact amount.
TONYA JI returned my uhaul over a week ago and haven't gotten my deposit back yet. I'm currently on hold with customer service, they have had me holding for over 7 minutes.
Valeria MI had to drive over 30 miles to this location because the main location in my town had nothing, but I didn't know that until AFTER I signed up. Next time I'll check with another company before I commit to renting.

robert sMy pick-up location was changed twice within the last 24-hrs prior to pick-up time. My reservation was for a pick-up location near the Univ of Alabama campus where my daughter was graduating that day. The change of pick-up location to a town 40 miles away, at a store that closed at 12 noon, meant my husband had to leave to pick the truck up before our daughter crossed the stage at graduation. To make matters worse, the man at the pick-up location was clueless. We did not receive the pads or the dolly that we ordered and the truck was dirty. This was a VERY BAD experience.

MARYELLEN WBetter pre rental inspections. Truck leaked in the rain we were having down south. Called uhaul twice about it. Amanda said area guy would contact me. I have called uhaul twice regarding this and still no return call!!!!!!!! Ended up leaving $1000's of dollars worth of electronics and flat screen tvs behind. Now trying to find out how to get them to Wyoming. Guess I will call budget or Penske and rent a waterproof trailer from them. I had heard they had more reliable equipment. Should have just gone with one of them in the first place!!!!!
JAMES SI will never rent from Uhaul again.I made the reservation a month in advance for a truck in Starkville, Mississippi. I was called the day before the pickup to learn I was to pickup 65 miles away from my necessary Starkville location. We had to drive another 2,5 hours total to pickup in a different state - Alabama that we did not expect to visit. No warning or alternative locations were offered. I will tell everyone to use Penske.
CHARLES LI had requested a pickup in Tuscaloosa and was told to pick up the UHaul 25 miles away!! The people working their were very nice and I have nothing against the specific site. However, I think that a reservation made for a specific city should be picked up in that city. Especially when the reservation is made a month in advance.
ANDREW GI lived in Tuscaloosa, AL and there were several U-Haul locations in the area, but yet I had to make a 50 mile round-trip (to Gordo an then back to Tuscaloosa) to get the auto carrier. To me this was totally unsatisfactory, plus with the price of gasoline made the matter even worse. I was very displeased with this type of service and would not recommend U-Haul to any of my friends or associates, and will look to other rental businesses in the future.
