Stewart BLuke is amazing. I got in a jam and needed a last minute break job on my tow vehicle. I couldn't find a garage or dealer who wasn't already booked out weeks in advance. I remembered Luke from my last rental and called him. He listened to my story and said let me see if i can move some things around. Well he not only rented me a trailer, he save the day by fixing the car as well. Im a fan of uhaul and now motor mayhem for life!

Steve KTrailer had remnants of a previous user's moving (looks like a child lost some of their desk drawer contents) -- but on the plus side I wasn't asked any questions even though I brought it back with the same stuff from the previous person. I only moved a pair of appliances, so I cleaned up my own mess only (no mess). The location is great and the owner is friendly, but I would like to aggressively urge him to ventilate his shop, not just for the sake of his customers, but also for himself and his employees. I was diagnosed with stage 2 cancer and had to go through multiple rounds of chemotherapy (thankfully I survived) after being exposed to brake cleaner, gasoline fumes, and exhaust fumes from my own time as a mechanic. I know we're all different, but I am concerned for his well-being just as a human being.

JAVIERA PYour website is absolutely the worst. Pages did not want to load when I was making the reservation and the app did not work at the pickup. Had to go inside so I guess it was a good thing I didn't wait until they were closed. The truck was OK but someone parked it so close to another truck I had to crawl in through the passenger door.

Thane Ploved the new setup for connecting and securing the trailers to vehicles, My simpler than the previous screw down method. The staff at the pickup /drop off location were great!!

Diane ZWorst experience ever with UHaul. they gave me a rate of $19,95 a day at 0,68 a mile. after i drove for 31 miles and returned the UHaul the very next day, I received a $201 charge! Customer service failed to help and UHaul misrepresented the contract. Something that should have been $20,4 for mileage and $19,98 for 1 day, DOES NOT add up to over $201.00. I don't know where UHAUL got their math. But anyone with a basic concept of reality, could see 31 miles and 1 day doesn't add up to that ridiculous total. Customer service did NOT help. UHAUL is a joke and full of Fraud!

Andrew MNo issues with the U-Haul truck rental itself. Everything worked great and everything was included. Unfortunately, the online and app experience is not so great. Need some more work on that.
Igor ORented 10' truck. It ran well. Clean. Moving pads smelled like dogs slept/peed on them. Service was adequate and civil. Price abit more than I expected. I give it a-seven +
edward MI would say if you have a piece of equipment (e.g. appliance dolly) that is in rough shape and you have nicer options available, save the worst for last.

Shawn CDude was super nice! Needed something to get my bed to new house. He was kind enough to let me borrow a hitch and a light adapter for a trailer, (All I really needed) instead of having to pay for a box truck. Would recommend services to everyone!
Trevor KWe were charged 50$ after we turned the truck in with the same amount of gas. The person working said all good and a day later we receive another 50$ bill. I won't use uhaul again if I am not credited back the money.
Charles BAs it is illegal in Idaho to be on a cell phone while driving I should not have been contacted by uhaul! It is also extreme hazardous to your health to try to talk to anyone while driving or in my case towing a car on a UHAUL TRANSPORT TRAILER. Then when I stopped and returned a call to the uhaul number THREE TIMES I was put on hold by a recorded message-VERY FRUSTATING!!!!!!! :(
