Was supposed to have a mobile pickup. I was never sent any codes to get keys and had to have the site rep get me keys. The site rep was very rude and unfriendly.

BRUCE LThis places "boss" is an unprofessional, rude ahole. And please tell me what the point is of making a damn "reservation?? Because, instead of making a quick, efficient transaction, all my information had to be frustratingly rehashed ever so slowly not just once but twice over an hour later. Why? Because one of your employees failed to mention to me when speaking with her over the phone about this so called reservation as I informed her that I would be paying in cash that it requires an additional $100!! Which, btw is an utterly absurd policy because my credit card info was required and given. But that is a different issue entirely and only mentioned here as it ties in with thw overall customer experience. So, instead of walking out of that place(with truck key in hand smiling) shortly after my arrival around 11am that morning, I was walking back in over an hour later now a very pissed of U haul victim. But hey now I can pay with my cc. I had only brought enough cash with to pay you guys. So when I went to give you guys my cold hard cash idiot across the desk couldn't wouldn't take it. UNBELIEVABLE!! So now, instead of taking said cash to a place I'm familiar with and depositing it to my card before driving 90 plus miles to a place unfamiliar to me ...if only she had told me then but to wrap this up... I didn't walk out of there till almost 1pm. And this began a costly, highling upsetting chain of events that even took up not just that day but the entire next day and still has put me behind but it was me who was going to owe you for being a little late returning said truck even though the thing setting all this in motion falls upon your lap. Truly unbelievable...

BRADLEY CMy go to uhaul location!!! Not them but the process to return on the inside of the box for online is not user friendly. They need to develop a texting return system that is easy to follow!!!!!

BELINDA MI put the gas where they left it for me which wasn't much and then charged me over $60 for gas. You can't leave a truck on empty and expect someone to fill it up. I was charged over a $110 for 6 hrs of service never again you are ripoff's

Brian RI was quoted ~$92 over the phone including insurance. I got to the location and was told that quote didn't actually have insurance included and my total went up to $115,24 total with an estimated 105 miles. I got back in town and put ~3 gallons of gas in before the truck kicked off 3 times like it was full (the gas gauge was very difficult to read and I didn't want to overfill it) which was $10.99. At the drop off I was told I somehow went over on mileage by 9 miles (though my Google maps says it was only 2 miles over), so there was an additional charge. Also "yeah the truck does that sometimes" and I would have an additional gas charge because it wasn't in the same place as when I left, so that was an additional $6,88 for mileage + $10 for 2 gallons of gas. So I ended up paying $140 all in for the 9' van, which is $48 more than the original quote. The rental experience was easy, but I didn't appreciate the bait and switch on pricing, and am feeling very sour about the inconsistencies. If you need a U-Haul and rent from this place just estimate an extra $50 to be safe because of extra charges.

Cherie FI was charged for two moving blankets. I asked for 6 and paid for 6 with my reservation. I didn't even use the blankets. The plastic was unopened that the blankets were wrapped in. The person at this location accused me of stealing the blankets.
LENA HFor returning customers we should receive an incentive for multiple uses. We are planning on using your service again in a month so it would be nice to receive an incentive or promo for multiple times of returning and referrals of friends to this location.

Derek RTell u Haul they need to make sure ALL openings on the truck (the back door when pulled down to shut) are NOT going to leak. Several of our items, including my Bible from one of my best friends was ruined because of a leak. One of our recliners, was stained because the fabric was drenched when we drove through rain. After paying nearly $600 for a one way trip from Alabama to Ohio to help take care of my mama who has Alzheimer's and be with other family.

herb bI rented this truck and made it 2,3 miles from the store where I blew out a tire. You know, accidents happen and I understand that. However, to wait over four hours for roadside assistance to come is a complete joke. Then wait a hour for him to fix the issue (which I understand it takes time to fix tires, but it is frustrating we sat on interstate for five hours). Could this have been prevented? Yes. Regular checks on your vehicles would have caught that the inside tire was quite literally bald. So bald and such bad shape the gentleman had to change two of the tires because they were in terrible shape. I returned the truck immediately and I can assure you I will never be a customer to U-Haul ever again. I actually rented a Penske shortly after this and was amazed the difference in customer service I received and the quality of the truck.

Adam MI've used uhaul several times and this was my first disappointing experience. I reserved a 15' at one location and was told it was not available I'd have to pick up at another location; and I don't feel the truck I got was 15'. The truck had cigarette ashes, spilled drink, and trash in it. I'd say there definitely has to be a better check process when vehicles are brought back.

Shannon MPricing was ridiculous and all the extra charges as well. I kept getting emails on new charges. Moving companies are expensive as it is so using uhaul I figured it'd be cheaper. I would not recommend this location at all. The representative was rude as well.
JESSICA HSince I did my information online it shouldn't have taken over 30 minutes to get my uhaul but it did. Also the size truck I reserved wasn't even available, luckily someone brought a bigger truck back so we got that.
